"Hey" Kairi says walking up to me in the halls

"Hey" I smile

Me and kairi had the same class next, so we walked together and did small talk, when we got to class we sat down next to each other

We were quite for a bit until kairi asked a question that caught me off guard

"So what do you think about Mattia?"

"Huh?" I say "why ask that all of a sudden ?"

"Well you know- you guys- you and Mattia like- are not friends and- I wanted to know if you hate him"

He's bluffing, I know for a fact he's lying but i just don't know for what.

"I don't hate Mattia" I say with a giggle "he can be a pain in the ass at times but so can I, that doesn't mean I don't hate him"

"I heard what he did yesterday" kairi says

I'm guessing he's talking about the fact that Mattia call himself my boyfriend

"How do you feel about that was what I was trying to say, just didn't want to seem nosy"
Kairi continues

"I didn't know I was suppose to feel something" I say

"I mean like, did it bother you?" Kairi asked

"Not really, he didn't it for a good reason I guess, he was just trying too look out for me that's it" I say

"But he's always being an ass" kairi questions

"Yeah but he can be sweet at times" I say and turn to the teacher just to not let kairi question me anymore

I don't understand why he's being so nosy, out of all the people you wold never see kairi be nosy

"Sorry" was all he said I'm pretty sure he noticed that all these questions were getting me annoyed, I just ignored him and focused on the teacher

When class was over I bumped into Mariano

"Hey, trying too ditch for lunch"

"How many times do I have to tell you too leave her alone"

I turned around and saw Mattia

"I thought you were mad at her" Mariano said annoyed

"That doesn't mean you get to take her from me, she doesn't ditch so stop trying"

"She's not yours! And plus I've seen her ditch with you"

"Who's ditching" jenna said. Great. This might be interesting

"No one" Mattia said

"Me and y/n" Mariano said
