"I'm happy to see your all smiles," Lacy commented. "I think my brother is going to be mailing me a letter," I smiled brightly. "Great, just don't get your hopes up," Lacy smiled weakly. "I know," I replied. "Let's go get some lunch," I said walking hand in hand skipping down the hall with Lacy.

Apparently, Lacy talked some sense into me and I took heed to her words. I really hope to receive a letter from my brother. Every since he's left, I have been cleaning trying to keep myself busy.

After lunch, Lacy and I were back in the room full and laid out. As soon as I turned over, there was a knock at the door. "Mrs. Wilson here's a letter for you addressed from your brother," She sang and threw the letter on top of the bed and it hit my feet.

My heart was beating and I was very excited. I grabbed the letter and nearly ripped it open. I smelled it and smiled when it smelled just like my brother. A single tear felt out of my left eyes as I unfolded the letter. It read as follow :

Dear Monique,
The new family is great. The only person that's missing is you. When I first got here all I did was mope around, then My new dad had a talk with me. I explained everything to him about both you and I . All the sacrifices and risk that you took to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you for everything you've done for me, I don' t know how I could ever repay you. Anyway, I have to go Roger is taking us to go ice skating.
- Love you Sis
P.S. Keep your head up, because the best is yet to come.

By the end of the letter, I was crying tears of joy. "Are you ok?" Lacy raised up to look at me. "Yes, my little brother is happy with his family. "Can I read the letter or is personal?" She asked.

I gave the letter to Lacy, so she could read it . "Awww, that's so sweet," She smiled and handed it back to me. "I don't mean to break the happy mood, but you know I leave next week," she said

Tucker's POV

I could see that my sister wanted to break down when I told her hat I was leaving. When I hugged her, she didn't seem to wanna let go. When I left, the car ride was long and filled with silence.

The driver pulled up to a two story house. "Here's your stop! I opened the door and walked up to the steps with a bag in hand. I heard footsteps coming, then a tall guy answered the door. He had on a wife beater and were in some blue pajama pants that had the word beer written all over it. " You must be Tucker?" He asked bending down to my level. "Yes Sir," I said returning his hug. "I'm Pete, its nice to finally meet you. "Come on in Son," we walked inside the house.

Immediately, I was captivated by the chandelier and tall ceilings. Everything in the house was white except the beige walls. A white plush sofa was in the middle of the living room in front of the seventy inch flat screen TV. "I'll show you where your room is, come on," he led me up the long winding stairs. By the time I reached the top my calf muscles had gotten a little work out.

Pete pushed the door open and my mouth fell open. The room was blue and had a flat screen TV and laptop. The king sized bed took up most of the space in the room. I dropped my bag and went over to the bed and sat down. The corners of my lips turned up and I bounced up and down like a kid on Christmas when I realized I had a water bed.

"I take it you like it?" Pete smiled. "Yes, its so cool," I breathed. I got up and walked over to a game that was hooked up to the TV. "This is all mine?" I asked holding my breath. "Yea buddy, all yours," Pete chuckled. "Do you wanna see the rest of the house before you play it?" Pete asked. "Yes, of course," I replied.

Pete and I walked around and I was in awe, there were so many rooms. A theater room, a pool room, a game room and a workout room. The last one, I was so not expecting. "Shhh..Pete said, as we entered this last room at the end of the hall. "This is Elijah's room, there was a baby sleeping in his crib. The room was perfect for him with baby photos on the wall and a baby monitor on the white nightstand. "He's so precious," I cooed looking down at him cradling his little plush elephant. We left and went back to my room.

"Do you wanna play "The Walking Dead?" Pete challenged me. "Yea, I would love to shoot some zombies up," I laughed. We played for hours and had a good laugh, but the baby started crying and he had to leave. Later, I met Julie (Pete's wife) she made some snacks and we all watched a movie. Before, I went to bed I decided to write Monique and mail it the first thing in the morning.
