Lunch Tables

I'm standing in line behind Kylie getting my food from the cafeteria. I feel a tap on my shoulder and turn around to see Caleb. Another popular guy wanting to talk to me. What is happening today my God. Damn those hazel eyes staring down at me makes me feel like he's hypnotizing me. "next!" calls the food worker and I shake my head th en move forward and get some food.

"So your Alice huh?" he asks me. I look at him. "um yah how'd u know?" I look at him confused. "I'm in ur physics class remember we worked on an assignment together?" he replays as getting his food. I just nod not knowing what to say. Then I feel somones arm around me and when I look up to see who it's was Shawn. "Sorry dude she doesn't go with dicks like you" he said simply to Caleb. I frowned and shrugged his arm off just as I feel Kylie pulling me to our lunch table.

She sits down and looks at me. "Ok now explain why all of a sudden every good looking guy is starting to talk to you?" So I ate and explained her all about Shawn and how I had to babysit him. Jsit as I finishes explaining Jake and Shawn come and sit beside us. Jake sitting across from Kylie just starts a conversation with her. I give her a worried look knowing she'd fall for him and he's a total player just like Shawn. She just gives me a small nod meaning she'll be fine. I look around and see everyone's eyes in the cafeteria at us. I shake my head and look down at my food just as I feel someone sit beside me. I look and see it's Caleb. I smile softly then hear a cough and look at Shawn who is grinning at us. "Well aren't u guys the cutest lovebirds" he states. I just gawk at him, he really just had the nerve to say that in front of Caleb. Shawn just winks and takes a slice of my pizza. "Hey that was 5 bucks! U owe me pizza now" I say as I frown. I feel Caleb kiss my cheek then get up and leave but I'm to frustrated by Shawn to care right now.

On the other hand Jake stands up on the table and yells out to the room "YO BITCHES PARTY AT MY HOUSE TONIGHT! " He sits back and looks at Kylie "so ur coming right?" he asks. I watch them, of course she's going u idiot she goes to all your parties but u never notice. She just nods and smiles then looks at me with pleading eyes. I shake my head knowing what she's thinking, then I feel Shawn's hands on mine. "Oh cmon nerdy it'll be fun loosen up" he says with an evil smile. I look at him noticing his features, damn he is fucking handsome. I hear the bell ringing into my thoughts and shake my head. "Um yah we gotta go" I grab Kylie's arm and walk out of the cafeteria, as she thanks Jake.
