Nova's POV:
I open my eyes to see the sun shining through my window. I looked to my left to see payton peacefully sleeping. But being the person I am I decided to go downstairs and get a cup of water. I walked back up stairs and walked to Payton's side of the bed. "Sorry not sorry" I said and poured the water on his face.
"WHAT THE HELL" Payton yelled as he quickly sat up in the bed. I just fell on the floor laughing at his confused face. "Damn you sleep a lot" I said in between laughs. "Yes I do sleep a lot and I enjoy it it" Payton said while getting up and walking towards me.
I didn't realized he was coming towards me until I felt him pick me up and throw me over his shoulder. "Um Payton what are you doing?" I asked confused and kinda scared. "You'll see" Payton said with a chuckle, and I already knew he was smirking.
We started walking downstairs and into the kitchen to the back door. Then realization hit me and I realized what he was about to do. "WAIT NO IM SORRY I DIDNT MEAN TO POUR THE WATER ON YOUR FACE IM SORRY" I screamed as I started squirming trying to get out of his grip.
"Too late" Payton casually said as he threw me into the pool. "NOOOO" I screamed as I landed into the pool.
"PAYTON" I screamed as I reached the surface. "I'm going to have to shower again or I'm going to smell like chlorine" I wined. "Aw poor muffin" Payton said pushing his bottom lip out. "Help me out, this waters freezing and I'm not swimming to the stairs" I said a little serious.
"Alright, only because I feel a little bad" he said as he walked towards me. He reached out his hand for me to grab and I grabbed it and said "loser" and pulled him into the pool with me. He came up to the top and flipped his hair back, "wow, I'm so dumb I really should've know you would of done that knowing your dumb ass" he said laughing.
"You really should have, I'm kinda disappointed" you responded laughing. Then all of a sudden Payton splashed water on me, so of course I splashed back and soon enough we were playing some sort of splash war.
"Okay but like seriously it's cold and I want to get out" I said as I swam to the stairs as Payton followed. We walked back into the house and I grabbed some towels for us and handed one to Payton. "Hey where are our moms?" Payton asked.
"Um I actually don't know" I said as I look around a bit. "Here I'll text my mom" Payton said as he went upstairs to go get his phone and I followed. "I'm going to go shower. I told Payton as I grabbed some new clothes. "Same but first I'm going to wait and see where our moms are" Payton said as he was texting. "Ok" is all I said before walking into the bathroom.
Payton's POV:
I texted my mom and I guess that they are going to go meet up with some old friends and won't be back until about midnight. After that I grabbed some clothes and went to shower trying to go quick so I could show Nova that I can shower quick.
I got out of the bathroom and when to Nova's room and saw that Nova was still showering. Damn and she says I take long she's been in there for like 45 minutes already. I might of made a tiktok in the shower that I saved to my drafts so I decided to post it.
After I posted that I decided to go live, so I set my phone up on her desk again. "Hey guys" I said to the live. "I'm not really sure what I'm going to do on this live but I was bored so, here I am" I said chuckling a bit. After about 5 minutes Nova finally came out of the bathroom.
"Damn and you tell me I take long" I said smiling at her. "Well the water in the shower is warm unlike the water in the pool" she said. "Aye so where are our moms?" She questioned.
"Oh they went to get see some old friends and I guess won't be back until like midnight" I explained. "Oh ok" she said. "Want to come say hi to the live" I asked forgetting I was live while I was talking to Nova. "I guess" she shrugged and walked over and stood behind me.
"Hey guys you most likely don't know me but I'm Nova" she said while smiling and waving. I read a comment that asked "is that the girl that stormed out of the room last live?"
"Yes it is the girl that stormed out last live" I said trying to embarrass Nova a bit. "Hey I had a good reason to storm out" she pouted. I saw another comment and read it out loud.
"Are you two a thing?" "Um no we aren't a thing we're just old friends that haven't seen each other in a while" I said. "Are you going to be going on the boys of summer tour in a few weeks?" I read out loud. "I believe I am going to be going but I'm going to have to double check on that" I said smiling.
"I'm going downstairs this is boring and I'm hungry" Nova groaned and walked back out of the room. "Honestly guys I'm hungry too so I'm going to go get some food to, and I'll update you guys about tour later on my story bye guys" I said as I ended the live and headed downstairs where Nova was.
"So what are we going to eat?" I asked Nova. "I don't really want to make food so wanna eat out?" She replied. "Only if we can go to Chick fil a" I responded grinning. "I mean I'm not arguing" she said laughing. "K then let's go" I said. "Can you drive I don't really want to walk all the way to chick fil a" she wined. "I just got my license a month ago" I grinned back at her.
"Great!" She said as she went to grab the keys and handed them to me. We walked out of the house to the car, put some music on and started to go to chick fil a.
We decided to eat at chick fil a instead of going to the drive thru and going home to eat. "Go find a spot and I'll order, what do you want?" I asked. "Chicken nuggets!" Nova said excitedly. "You haven't changed from the last times we went to chick fil a" I laughed.
"Hey! I love chicken nuggets" she pouted. "Okay, okay just find a spot for us" I said waving my hand motioning her to go.
After we ate a chick fil a. We went home. "What do you want to do now?" I asked. "Well you said you missed our movie marathons, so movie marathon?" She suggested. I just smiled getting really excited for our movie marathon. I just bolted upstairs to Nova's room and jumped onto her bed, and turned the TV on.
I heard Nova just laugh as she walked into her room. "Damn your exited" She chuckled. "Well no duh, I love movie marathons, especially with you" I said the last part under my breath so she wouldn't be able to hear. "Now hurry up and lay down so we can start watching a movie".
We've watched about 4 movies and Nova ended up falling asleep on my shoulder. Honestly she was really cute sleeping, she's just like a little angel. I just rested my head on top of hers and closed my eyes while the movie still played. I think I might have a crush on Nova.
