Nova's POV:
Skip 1 month
"Wake uppp" I heard as someone shook me. I just groaned and rolled over.
"Novaaaa" the person wined. Then I realized the person was Payton. "I'm sleeping" I groaned. "No you're not or you wouldn't be answering me" Payton chuckled.
"Open your eyes" Payton said rolling me back over so I was facing the ceiling. "and if I don't" I said keeping my eyes closed.
"I'll tickle you" Payton said, and by hearing how is voice changed I knew he was smirking.
"No you won't" I smiled. "Bet" he said.
"Wait wait no" I squealed opening my eyes and moving away from Payton. "That's what I thought" Payton chuckle.
I looked over at a clock, the fuck? It's 4:27pm, how did I sleep THAT much? No but seriously I've never slept in this late, I didn't even go to bed that late.
"Yeah I know it's 4:30, you literally are trying to hibernate or something" Payton laughed following my glance at the clock.
"Anyways my moms making dinner and it'll be done at like 6:30ish and Riley's joining us" Payton smiled.
Riley... don't be jealous.
Fuck, I'm already jealous.
"Why is Riley coming" I blurted out immediately regretting it because it's going to make me sound jealous, which is not what I'm going for.
"I just...felt like inviting her" Payton replied looking anywhere but me. "Oh" is all I responded with.
After a couple moments of silence Payton spoke up. "Well, you should get up and get ready" Payton said.
"Yeah.." I sighed getting out of bed. Payton nodded his head and made his way out of the room.
I first grabbed a outfit and headed for the shower.
Once I finished showering I dried off and put my outfit off. I brushed my teeth and then dried my hair. I decided to just leave my hair down.
I check the time, 5:45pm. I got like 45 minutes to just do whatever. I decided to just listen to music and play games for the remaining time.
After 30 minutes I hear the doorbell ring which is most like Riley.
"Nova sweetie come down and eat" I heard Joanne shout from down stairs. I turned my music off and headed downstairs.
Faith was setting up the table while Joanne was just finishing up making dinner. Payton was at the door talking to Riley.
I tried to ignore them and I just walked pass them and headed to the kitchen to help Faith set up the table.
I got the plates out of the cupboard and set them at the table while Faith got the utensils.
After Faith and I finished placing the things on the table Joanne finished making the food.
Payton's and Riley came over and sat down at the table, as well as Joanne, Faith and I.
I was sitting across from Payton and beside me was Faith, and across from her was Riley. Joanne was sitting at the end of the table in between Faith and Riley.
We got the food and started eating. "The foods lovely Ms. Moormeier" Riley smiled.
"Thank you and please call me Joanne, Ms. Moormeier makes me feels old" Joanne smiled.
"Noted" Riley smiled. About 10 minutes of random chit chat Payton spoke up.
"We have to tell you guys something" Payton smiled looking over at Riley.
