Nova's POV:
"Alright ready?" Chase asked once I finished getting ready. "I'm nervous but yeah, I'm ready" I responded.
"You'll be fine, Payton is a great guy" Chase reassured me with a smile. "He should be here any second now" Chase said looking at the time on his phone.
Right on cue there was a knock on the door. I stood up from the bed I was currently sitting on. Chase gave me a thumbs up as I opened the door.
Once I opened the door I saw Payton standing there smiling. I couldn't help but smile back.
"Wow" Payton said with a sigh looking at me. "What?" I question with a slight laugh.
"You, you look beautiful" he said. "I picked her clothes!" Chase yelled from inside the room which caused Payton and I to laugh.
"Ready to go?" He asked. "Yeah hold on lemme get my phone" I said walking back into the room. Once I got it I walked back to Payton.
"Well then let's go" he said taking my hand. "Have fun you too, but not too much fun if you know what I mean" Chase said with a smirk.
We just continued walking to the elevator and down to the lobby.
"So where are we going?" I asked. "You wanna know or keep it a secret?" Payton responded. I thought about it for a second. "I wanna know" I said with a smile.
"Alright, the beach" He said. I love the beach, the sounds of the waves are so calming and relaxing.
"Sounds perfect" I said with a smile.
We decided to walk to the beach, it was about a 45 minute walk but we were okay with that, we will just get more time to talk.
Once we finally made it to the beach there was an area that had a blanket and fake lit candles around it, it looked beautiful.
"Who did this?" I asked. "I asked Jaden to come early to set it up" he said when we finally made it to that area.
We sat down and looked off at the water. You could see the sun setting in the horizon. The colours were reflecting off the water it looks so beautiful.
"I wish this moment could last forever" I said leaning my head on Payton's shoulder.
"I wish it could too" he sighed wrapping his arm around me.
He all of a sudden jerked his arm away from around me and made my head fall off his shoulder.
"I'm so stupid, I forgot about dinner" he said putting his head in his hands.
"It's fine we could just order Uber eats if you want" I said reassuring him. "But that's so lame, you deserve something better that Uber eats" he said looking at me.
"The only thing I 100% need right now is you with me" I said. "Your sure?" He asked hesitantly. "Positive" I said with a smile.
"God your so perfect" he said grinning back. "Alright I'll order some Uber eats" he said taking his phone out. I leaned my head agains his shoulder again and told him what I wanted.
When we finished eating the sun was basically set and the moon was out. The stars looked beautiful. And the waves sounded so peaceful. This moment was to die for.
"Wanna go for a walk along the shore?" Payton asked snapping me out of my thoughts. "Sure" I responded with a smile.
Payton stood up and held out his hand for me to grab, obviously I grabbed it.
Payton and I started walking along the shore with our fingers interlocked together.
"Do you like tour?" Payton asked. "Yeah, I've met a whole bunch of new friends and it is a really cool experience" I replied.
