The Change

Chapter 6

I wake up to a massive head ache, so I walk into the kitchen to find Allie and Leigh making breakfast "Morning" I say "Morning"Leigh says "So how are you feeling?" Allie asks "I have a huge head ache" I tell her "Here take your medicine" Allie said "Oh yea I forgot to take it before I went to bed last night" I tell them "Smart" Leigh says and I just roll my eyes "So wheres Dalton?"I ask "He said he was going to go for a walk" Allie tells me "Oh ok" I say and its silent "When we came home yesterday from the store you went were like passed out like you slept for a long time"Leigh tells me "I don't remember going to sleep" I tell her and Allie goes upstairs "Dalton said that you guys just laid on the bed and then when he looked over at you, you were asleep" Leigh tells me "That's actually really funny" I say "And you've been asleep since then" Leigh says "I was tired after I came out of surgery" I tell her and Dalton walks in the house "Hey your up" he says "Yep" I say watching he take off his jacket then walking beside me "I'll be right back I have to phone"Dalton says then he kisses my cheek then he goes upstairs, I turn around to see Leigh with her jaw on the ground "What?" I ask "Did he just kiss you?" Leigh asked "Yea" I say and she looks surprised "Will you stop looking at me" I ask "No" she says "Why" I ask "Cause Cellen, he is the first boy that I know of that just walks up to you then kisses you" she says "It was just a kiss on the cheek but if it was on the lips then I could see why you would be surprised"I say "He kissed you on the lips didn't he?" she asks "Yea" I say and we both squeal a little bit

2 weeks later

"So tomorrow I get to take this stupid bandage off my head" I tell Dalton as we lay in my bed looking out the window at the night sky "I know, I will finally be able to kiss that gorgeous forehead of yours" he tell me then he kisses my cheek and he turns around so he was facing the door and not the window anymore, I guess he fell asleep so I do the same.

About an hour later I wake up and Dalton is gone, so I walk all around the house to find him but he is know where to be found, I walk back into the living room to walk back upstairs then I realize the door is unlocked then I start to think "why would he leave in the middle of the night?" I ask myself, I walk back upstairs to go to sleep.

I wake up thinking about Dalton, I go downstairs and i'm the only one up so I sit on the couch and play the waiting game till Dalton comes home,.....30 minutes later the Dalton opens slowly and Dalton walks inside trying to be quiet, he slowly closes the door then turns around and screams "So where have you been since midnight?" I ask him "No where" he says "Yea right"I say sarcastically then I walk back upstairs to get dressed "Seriously I was just out walking" he says following me up the stairs "Sure" I say and I close my door and I grab my sleeping with sirens T-shirt then I threw it on my bed, I take off my night shirt to change then the door opens and Dalton hugs me from behind "I was out walking last night and this morning" he says "Ok I believe you just get out so I can change"I tell him "Fine" he says and he walks backwards and the door closes and I finish putting my shirt on "Dalton get out" I say "How did you know I was still in here"he asks "Cause I'm me I know almost everything" I tell him "Ok fine" he says and he leaves but I turn around just to make sure he left, I finish getting ready so I go down stairs to put on my black vans "That's a lot of black" Leigh says "So" I say "Black sleeping with sirens T-shirt black skinny jeans and black vans" Leigh says "Yea"I say "Wear some gray skinny jeans"she commands "No" I say "I think it looks good" Dalton says "Yea but look at what you are wearing"Leigh says and Dalton looks down "You have a problem with it?" Dalton asks "You guys almost match you are both wearing black skinny jeans and a black T-shirt" Leigh says "But my shirt has sleeping with sirens on it his is plain black" I tell Leigh "And i'm wearing black converse not vans" Dalton says "Why aren't you to together yet?" Leigh asks and my and Dalton both look at each other and shrug our shoulders and Allie comes down the stairs " Leigh get ready we are going to be late for Cellen's appointment" Aliie tells Leigh and Leigh does what she is told
