Classical music played in the background as Sabrina sat in the living room of the large mansion that belonged to her parents, "Mom, I don't know how to get rid of this woman. It's like she's got her hooks into Kenny and won't let him go. I've tried everything and it's like she's invincible."

"I know a few guys. If you are willing to make a sacrifice." Her mother said in her Italian accent.

Sabrina frowned, "Sacrifice?"

"Yeah. Your father cheated on me with a younger woman. Remember your old babysitter Mindy?"

"Yeah. She and Aunt Flora were at the house when burglars broken and killed them and took our stuff."

"Those weren't burglars dear."

"You killed Aunt Flora to get rid of Mindy?" Sabrina asked in shock. Her whole life she thought it was a random act of violence.

"She was my sacrifice, I just didn't know it. These men don't leave a trace. That's why they don't get caught. This girl in your home won't stay there alone if she has no reason to." Her mother stated.

"Well she's got a fucked up ankle...of course that didn't stop her from leaving yesterday." She said thinking that over, "I don't know, the only thing she cares about is Kenny and if Kenny gets killed then all of this would be pointless."

"What about his mother?"

Sabrina sighed, "I lost my temper. I didn't want to, but she switched sides. She was going to choose that whore over me too."

"We all lose our temper sometimes. Did you dispose of her properly?"

"As well as I could."

"Good, I never liked that bitch." Her mother said playing with her nails. She looked at her daughter, "I'll give you the number, but don't call unless you have a real plan."

"Okay."

Sabrina got up grabbing her purse before her mother walked her to the door.

She kissed Sabrina's forehead, "I'll be expecting you and Kenny at the Governor's Ball this Saturday."

"Right."

"Look, I'm doing it!" Niko yelled looking at the kite in the air.

"Good job Niko." Toni said as she and Kenny sat on top of a blanket in the grass. She took another grape out of the picnic basket as Kenny stared at her.

"I like this, it's like a little family outing." He said rubbing her tiny bump.

She pushed out a tired smiled, "I'm just happy to be out of that house. I can't wait til I get rid of these stupid things." She groaned kicking her crutches.

"Just one more week, if you relax it shouldn't be long." He chuckled.

"Incoming!" Niko yelled as the kite landed right on top of the basket.

"Whoa." Toni chuckled.

"Sorry. Toni?"

"Yes?"

"Does Olivia ask about me?" He asked making her laugh.

Kenny perked up, "Oh you like Olivia. Playa playa." He said giving his son a high-five.

"We're getting married one day." Niko said as they all laughed.

"Speaking of that, how long have you known about Toni and I?" Kenny asked wanting to address the situation now. Niko looked down nervously as Kenny rubbed his head, "It's okay, I'm not upset or anything. I'm just curious."

"Well since she came to stay with us. You only smile when she's in the room. You're always sneaking into her room. Plus, I heard you say you love her." He explained.

"Well I do, I also love you very much and we're going to figure this out. If you ever have questions or just want to talk, I'm here."

Niko nodded and casually went back to flying his kite. Kenny was stunned at how well he was taking things. Meanwhile, Toni felt eyes on her, but couldn't figure out where they were coming from.

Sabrina, Niko, and Kenny sat at the dinner table eating while Toni took a nap upstairs. Kenny frowned expecting to see his mother around by now, "Where's mom?" He asked.

"Oh, she didn't tell you? She decided to go on a little vacation. No phones, no work, nothing but rest and relaxation." Sabrina lied casually.

"That's strange she didn't say bye or anything."

"That is strange. I dropped her off at the airport, I figured you knew."

"I didn't."

Niko excitedly spoke up, "Mom, dad taught me how to fly a-"

"I need you to go to the governor's ball with me." Sabrina told Kenny completely ignoring their son.

"Mom-"

"Not now Niko!"

"You never listen to me." He mumbled getting up from the table.

"Niko, get back here! Niko!" She yelled as he ignored her walking upstairs. She shook her head,"That boy is something else. I don't know where this attitude is coming from."

"Maybe from you being a shitty ass mother." Kenny said suddenly losing his appetite.

Sabrina raised a brow, "Excuse me?"

"You heard me." He replied getting up and going after Niko.

"Kenny!" She yelled after him. He rolled his eyes stopping to see what she wanted, "The Governor's Ball, go with me and I'll sign the papers."

"I'll think about it."

Later that night, Toni laid wide awake as Kenny slept next to her. She couldn't shake the feeling she had earlier. It was bad enough she found nothing on Kenny's computer.

She got up and used her crutches to go downstairs. A 3 minute struggle later, she had finally made it. Hopping over to the fridge, she opened it and grabbed a bottle of water. As soon as she closed the door, Sabrina stood there with a glass of wine.

"Shit! You scared me." Toni said grabbing her chest.

"Sorry. I was just having a much needed glass of wine. Would you like some?" She asked.

"I'm good with water."

"I was looking for Kenny. Have you seen him?"

"No. I'm haven't seen him all day actually." Toni lied quickly.

"Hmm. Anyway, how's the ankle?"

"It's getting better. I'm stuck with crutches for another week or so."

"Did they find out who was driving the truck that hit you?" Sabrina asked making Toni pause.

She never said a truck hit her. She didn't know what type of vehicle hit her.

"No, they didn't." She answered.

"So sad. I really hope they find whoever it was."

Toni pushed out a smile, "Me too...well, goodnight."

Quickly moving with her crutches towards the stairs she felt her heart racing. She had to get the hell out of here.
