(Peter walked down the sidewalk feeling down, so many things were going on lately and Peter didn't feel good about any of them)
(Just once I'd like to catch a break he thought...and then his spider sense rang out)
(The next second another alarm sounded, this one coming from a nearby jewelry store, Peter looked up and noticed a shadowy silhouette slinking away on the rooftop, moving gracefully)
(Without further delay Peter sprinted into a nearby alleyway, removing his coat as he did)
(A few moments later, Spider-Man launched out from under the building, and fired a Web line, heading towards the roof of the jewelry store)
(He landed behind the figure)
Spider-Man: "Not so fast."
(He fired a Web at the thief but much to Spider-Man's surprise, the thief slashed right through the webbing before it reached them)
"Nice try but you'll have to work harder than that to catch me, spider."
(Taken aback, Spider-Man noticed that she had long white hair which flowed in the wind majestically)
(The thief used Spider-Man's hesitation to her advantage and leapt into the air, performing a back flip as she landed on the roof above)
(Shaking out of his daze, Spider-Man leapt after her, climbing the building quickly, and using his webs to propel himself upwards)
(When he reached the roof with an elegant flip, Spider-Man fired two Web lines at the mysterious woman but she effortlessly dodged both web lines, as they narrowly missed her feet)
Spider-Man: "Who..Are you?"
Thief: "Wouldn't you love to know?"
(Something about her voice sounded slightly familiar to Peter but he couldn't quite place it)
(Spider-Man leapt over her head in an attempt to block her way but the woman was too quick, she jumped at the same time and hit Spider-Man with a hard kick in midair, sending him flying into the side of a building and flopping down onto the nearest roof)
(Rather than escaping, the woman strode over to Spider-Man as he lay on the ground, completely at her mercy)
(The woman smirked and got down on her knees, straddling him as she did)
"Sure didn't think the two of us would ever end up in this position."
(She leaned in and whispered in his ear)
"Not that I haven't thought about it."
(Before Spider-Man could react, she pressed her hand to his mouth)
"I can't forgive you, you know. Not for what you did but for what you failed to do. Despite that..I can't pass up having a little fun with you now can I?"
(Without further hesitation, she lifted his mask up until his mouth was exposed, and she whipped her head down and kissed him sensually, making him muffle out a surpised groan)
(She ended the kiss as quickly as it started and slipped his mask back over his mouth and stroked his cheek)
"That was even more fun than last time. Till next time, spider."
(She got up and walked over to the edge of the roof as Spider-Man started to stand up, still dazed)
"By the way..name's Black Cat."
(Spider-Man stood up, staring at her, completely mesmerized)
Black Cat: "And don't worry about remembering it..cause next time..I'll find you."
(She blew him a kiss and leaned back, elegantly dropping off the roof as if it were completely normal)
(After all of that, Spider-Man could only think of one word to describe the situation he'd just experienced)
Spider-Man: "...whoa.."
