(Gwen stared frozen in shock at Peter)
Gwen: "You're...I can't believe it."
Peter: "Gwen I'm really sorry.."
Gwen: "Sorry? You think that makes up for anything? No you've let me down one too many times Peter! You treated me horribly! Taking me to that stupid jazz club just to.."
Peter: "Would you believe me if I said I was kinda possessed by a black alien costume?"
(Gwen glared at him blankly)
Peter: "Didn't think so."
Gwen: "I..I can't believe you. I thought you were different, Peter. I really did. You don't deserve my help."
(That struck a chord with Peter, as he remembered Harry saying that exact thing to him)
(Gwen turned and leapt away, disappearing into the sewer tunnels)
(Peter sighed and looked down, feeling terrible)
(Then suddenly the Lizard launched out of the water behind him and tackled him onto the ground)
Peter: "Spider Sense! Now is not the time for a day off!"
Lizard: "PARKER!!!"
Peter: "You've gotta be kidding.."
(The Lizard grabbed him and flung him into the air, Peter quickly pulled his mask back on and fired two Web lines, propelling himself back at the Lizard, he yelled as he delivered a huge punch to the Lizard's face)
(The Lizard staggered back and snarled)
Spider-Man: "Just what the doctor ordered!"
(The Lizard leapt up and smashed through the ceiling, making his way back to the surface)
Spider-Man: "Oh great.."
(He leapt after him)
(MJ went to visit Aunt May but heard no answer after she knocked on the door)
MJ: "Aunt May? Are you home?"
(The door was unlocked so she peeked in and that's when she saw her unconscious on the floor...)
MJ: "No..."
