Rayan's POV
Being a Saturday I knew Layal would be home early so I tried get home as soon as possible so I could see her before she fell of asleep. She told me that her father was coming back, which was really fucked up. I promised myself that next time he tries to hurt her I would go and beat the fuck out of him. I kept a watch on her when she was home with him but nothing happened for a couple of days. I knew something was not right, I just knew it. I parked my car and went up to my room and stopped mid way to hear her voice screaming "Please stop please".
Without wasting a second I reached for my gun in my night stand and ran over to her house. I broke open the door and went up to her room to see the worst sight ever. She was on her bed with her hands tied up and clothes riped apart. I went close and touched her red cheek "Layla stay with me". I heard footsteps and hid behind the door. "Your daughter is feisty" said a man. "Ha so do I still have my job?" said her dad. "Sure see you on Monday, maybe I will come back sometime again".
I came out of my spot and shot the man between his eyes, he looked like the man who had his hands all over my girl.
I turned to her father who's face was pale. I shot him in the leg "Why?" I asked with pure hate "What has she ever done to you?" He started laughing "You always did care for her didn't you". "Answer the question, why do this to your own blood?" He spat in my face "She is nobody to me, her blood is not mine, she was never my daughter her mother just left her here because she had nowhere else to go." I looked at him with a blank face before I shot him too.
I quickly removed my phone and called Nick my friend at work to clean up the mess and send a nurse. I sigh and went back to my girl. She had bruises all over her, there was blood on the bed which ment it was her first. I had never felt so helpless in all my life. I went to wake her but she had passed out because of the pain. Gentle I covered her with a blanket and picked her up.
Opening my bedroom door I placed her on the bed and started to clean up the blood on her leg, there was a knock on the door. Sam the nurse walked in. I told her what happend and she checked up Layal. I walked across to her house and took a few clothes, phone, toothbrush and other things. After Sam was done she gave me some painkillers for her. All I had to do was wait for her to wake up.
Andrew's POV
It had been four days since I last heard from Layla. Last week she told me about Rayan and her.I was a little hurt in the beginning but figured that it was for the best if were were just friends.
Flasbback-
"Hey Andrew how was class?"
"The usual yours?"
"Same...hey listen I need to talk to you umm.."
"Princess spill" I laugh
"Ok so you remember how I told you about Rayan my childhood friend? So I left out one detail...I have had feelings for him for years but never told anyone" she was looking like a tomato now.
"Ya I remember him and?"
"Well we kissed and stuff...and I just wanted tell you before anything serious happend between us...before it was to late"
"Layal it's totally fine if you are happy with him so am I"
End of flashback.
She had liked him for a long time..I rather be friends with her than loose her over something that had not even begun. I guess I would have to wait for the perfect girl, because is wasn't Layal.
