twenty six

I woke up on a bed beside Lisa the next day. We were both woken up by Jungkook, who was too enthusiastic to tell us that we'll go swimming after we eat for breakfast.

"The ride's half an hour. We can eat our lunch there too." Jungkook yelled as he bounced at the foot of our bed while Lisa and I were already sitting, trying to grasp the bouncy bunny's morning news.

Lisa slowly looked at me, a confused look on her face,"How did you get here?"

I stared at her as I tried to remember exactly how I ended up on our bed when I clearly remember that I was on the couch with V last night.

"What do you mean?" JK asked, who stopped bouncing on our bed.

"I don't remember you sleeping beside me." She scrunched up her nose.

"I.. Don't remember either." I stood up and did my hair in a messy bun. "I'll just wash up and meet you guys outside."

Lisa and JK looked at each other before they got up and walked together to go outside the room. After washing my face and being confused as to why I woke up beside Lisa, I found my friends already gathered around the table.

"Hurry up, I'm already starving!" Jennie, sitting beside Yoongi, yelled since she was the farthest from where I was standing.

"You have to chill, Jendeukie." I laughed and sat at the vacant seat beside Jin and JK.

"Guess what?" JK said from beside me, "I now know who brought you to your room last night."

"Who?" I asked.

"I did." Jin spoke up. I looked at my brother beside me, who was currently glaring at the expressionless boy sitting in the middle of Yoongi and Hoseok.

"I woke him up. Sorry." Chaeyoung apologized, "Jin oppa woke up because I hastily closed the door of our room. His room was beside Jen and I's."

"Why apologize?" my older brother asked my cousin, "It's good you woke me up. Who knows what might happen when Jisoo's left with this blank-faced dude." I looked at V, who didn't even flinch at Jin's outburst.

"Jin, it's still 9:30. We should eat our breakfast in peace before we head out to swim." Yoongi tried to control the situation. "And don't call my cousin a blank-faced dude. Stop stating the obvious." JK and Hoseok tried not to laugh at Yoongi's statement while the others kept a straight face since the two oldest are the ones having a serious conversation.

I cleared my throat, "Let's just eat, please."

With that, JK and Lisa lunged at the food prepared on the table. The rest of the breakfast went by quietly.

"Jisooya!! Come here, look!" Jin yelled while he's with Yoongi and Jungkook trying to befriend a dolphin.

"That's so cute!" I said as I approached them. The girls and I huddled around the dolphin and each tried to kiss it. Before it was my turn, V appeared beside me out of nowhere.

"Ya! V! I'm trying to take a picture of my sister. Get away from her, please." Of course, it was my dearest brother who said that. He really gets ticked off just by seeing V near me.

"I got a picture of you two!" Jennie squealed in delight as she showed me the photo she took. She caught V frowning at the dolphin as I kissed it.

"Don't post that, Soo!" Jin said from our back.

"I won't." I looked back at him and laughed because of what Jin's expression was at the moment.

The dolphin finally swam away but another staff from the beach came, a stingray wtih him. The stingray then positioned himself in front of Jin and our friends were trying to make him kiss it too.
