Iida was taking a walk in the forest when he heard a cry. It's sounded like a baby.

He listened carefully and followed the sound, he walked behind some bushes, he found a small basket, he opened it and saw a little baby girl with h/c hair and e/c eyes, tears streaming down her rose-colored cheeks.

Iida lifted her up and held her close to his chest "Who is stupid enough to leave a so small human being here, all alone?" He asked himself as he looked around.

He looked down at the small girl again in his arms, her crying had stopped, when their eyes locked, she smiled and giggled up at him as she was trying to reach up to Iida's glasses.

He chuckled and held his finger out for her to grab instead. She started to laugh and play with his hand. He smiled and felt his heart melt.

"I will take care of you. I will name you... Y/n. My little, Y/n." he said and walked home.

"No mother I'm not giving her to an orphanage!" Iida yelled at his mother while Tensei, sitting in his wheelchair, hold you in his arms and Iida's father standing by his oldest son and soon granddaughter, or that's what he thought but now... he doesn't really know.

"Tenya Iida! This child will just slow you down with your hero carrier and your dreams!" His mother yelled at him. He clenched his hands and glared at the woman informs of him.

"In not leaving her, she was all alone in the forest! I have already done my decision, I'm taking care of her like my own daughter!" He yelled and took the small child from his older brother.

Iida's mother sighed and looked at her husband "Honey, do something!" She yelled, Iida looked at his father, giving him a begging look. He shook his head and looked at his wife "No..." she looked shocked but then glared at her husband "What?!" She asked angrily.

"I said no, it's Tenya's life, not ours. We can't choose what he's gonna do and not do" he looked at his youngest son.

"I'm proud of you son" he walked up to Iida and looked down at Y/n and smiled

"If you haven't found her sooner... who knows what could have happened to her," he said, Iida smiled at his father and then looked at his brother.

Tensei smirked up to his younger brother
"I'm with father, you saved a life, Tenya," he said, Iida gave his brother a kind and warm smile but it got serious when he looked back at his mother

"Mother, I don't care if you like her or not, I'm still gonna raise her," he said and looked down at his daughter

"Welcome to the family, Y/n Iida"
