At Tony's funeral

Morgan didn't quite understand why there were so many people at her house, or why they all kept telling her they were sorry. All she understood was that her Daddy had gone to a magical place called heaven with her Auntie Nat and that she couldn't see them for a very very long time. What she didn't get was why there were so many people that she hadn't met or even heard about saying goodbye to her Daddy when they obviously didn't know him that well, or even care that much about him. She knew her Mummy and Uncle Happy, she'd seen most of the Avengers, and she'd heard about her big brother. She didn't know what he looked like though, as the picture Daddy kept of him was too hard for her to reach. She did know that she couldn't wait to meet him.

Peter had heard lots about Morgan from the media, as there was lots of stuff online about her since her dad died. The first time they would meet would be at the funeral. On the way there, he couldn't stop figiting. Not only would he have to say goodbye to another father figure, he would meet his daughter. Despite not knowing her, he knew he would do anything to protect her.

Peter knew it was her as soon as she saw her. Even if he hadn't seen the pictures online, he would have recognised her immediately. She looked so much like her dad. She looked timid, holding Pepper's hand and hiding her face in her hair. She shyly walked to the front of the crowd, where Pepper laid a wreath of flowers.
Proof that Tony Stark has a heart.

Peter was sat in front of Tony's grave. He was silently crying, shoulders shaking slightly.
"Hey Mr Stark. It doesn't feel right to call you that anymore. Tony? Dad. I'm about to meet her, you know. I know how much she meant to you. I hope she likes me. She's all I have left of you. I will protect her. I promise."

Morgan was sat in her tent playing with her Iron Man action figure when Peter knocked on.
"Hi. My name is Peter. I knew your Dad." Peter said.
"Are you my big brother that Daddy always talked about?" She asked, excitedly.
"Ye-yes. Yes I'm your big brother." Peter stammered, begging to tear up.
"Cool. You wanna get burgers with me and Uncle Happy later?" She asked sweetly, so how could he resist.
"I would love nothing more than to get burgers with you and Happy. You know, your Dad loved burgers too?"
"That's what Uncle Happy said, too."

Peter and Morgan got burgers that night. They got burgers many nights after that, too, until Pepper told them that that was unhealthy and thay should probably try to eat at least some fruit. So they went to McDonald's and got Happy Meals (which Morgan laughed at) with apple slices in them. Morgan's favourite thing to do at the weekend was to learn how to shoot Peter's web shooters and sit and watch him and colour stuff on while he worked in the lab. She introduced him to everyone she knew as "My big brother Petey" and he was the only person beside Pepper and Happy that could calm her down in a tantrum. Morgan helped with Peter's anxiety, too, and could almost always stop a panic attack, if not at least make it better.

They became best friends. Morgan loved MJ when they got together, and they were always happy to babysit, thought she refused to call it that. Morgan decided that everyone should call it herosit, because one day she would be a hero, just like her father. Peter, far into the future, would go into Dad Mode whenever she brought a boy home, and Morgan would become the Godmother of Peter and MJ's first child, a boy named Anthony Benjamin Richard Parker, or Ant. After watching Morgan grow up, Peter would look back and see that the arc reactor wasn't proof of Tony Stark's heart. They were.
