"What the hell happend Spring?" ang bungad sa akin ni Kuya Zan nang marating namin ni Snow ang kweba.

"Uh.. He's actually my familiar?" Sagot ko naman sounding unsure. But then I remember that the wolf and now my familiar is actually injured, hindi ko muna pinansin si Kuya and just went straight infront of the small bonfire. Kuya Zan just stare at me with an incredulous and shocked look. He honestly look ridiculous since hawak nya yung inihaw na isda na pagkain namin para ngayon.

Tinulungan kong makahiga si Snow sa harap ng bonfire habang umupo naman ako sa tabi nito. I can't help but to release a sigh. My magic's drained again.

"Can you please explain what's happening? " Kuya asked so I did tell him what happen. Hindi pa din ako makapaniwala na meron akong familiar. Not to mention it's a huge alpha wolf.

"Wait.. If he's really your familiar then that means you are exceptionally strong Spring.  A wizard's familiar reflect on how much magic the wizard have." He said.

"Hindi ko nga alam na pwede ako magkaroon ng familiar Kuya. Only wizards from the noble bloodline have familiars." Hindi naman ako pinansin ni Kuya and instead his attention is solely on my familiar.

"I think I can help bandage your wounds if you like?" Kuya asked Snow. Snow tilted his body on the side so his injury will be clearly seen. When he saw the wound his expression immediately turned grim.

"Hunters? Why are they hunting magical animals?" After Kuya said that Snow lifted his head as if asking the same question.

Knowing nothing to answer his own question, Kuya Zan just made several plants grow from the floor of the cave. I can immediately feel that most of the plants are magical ones and used for disinfecting and healing except for one plant that is honestly just leaves. Agad din namang kumilos si Kuya and started plucking and picking leaves and fruits I know he's going to need for a healing salve. Hinayaan ko naman si Kuya kasi wala akong idea sa kahit na anong klase ng salve at potions. I just better leave that to my brother. Curiously I touched the one certain plant that are honestly consist only of leaves.

"Kuya para saan 'to?" I asked my brother not really minding him. I'm still touching the plant and it seems to like my touch.

'Lovely. Friend. Happy.'

Agad kong tinanggal ang kamay ko mula sa pagkakahawak sa halaman na tila napaso ako. Instead of hearing voices, this time it was a certain feelings. I actually felt what the plant feels and what it wants to say to me. Its like conveying a message through feelings.

"What? You've been really weird Spring." My brother said. Akala ko di nya napansin yung nangyari.

"Wala lang Kuya. Anyway para saan 'tong mga dahon Kuya?" I asked him instead.

"Alternative for bandage. Also that plant have properties to make the healing faster but in order to do that it should be weaved." He answered me and go back to his previous activity of making the salve.

There's this itch in my head that telling me I can actually answer the plants by touching it and think about my intention. Which I did because I think it's possible to communicate to plants in that way.

Touching the plants, I think about of helping Snow. I think about how he need a bandage big and long enough to wrap around his body. I visualize leaves twirling and twisting, weaving a bandage out of leaves. It actually did its job because not long after ay tila sumayaw ang mga dahon and slowly weave its end and then pluck themselves. It's so fascinating to watch that I just stand there with a dazed look. Several minutes passed, one of the leaves offer the weaved bandage to me. I caught it and immediately inspect it.
