Chapter 11: Connected Incidents

When Spring decided that she wanted a job at Mr. Hwang's shop, she never really thought that she would enjoy it that much.

Autumn, as she get to know her, is a very hyper person but one with a good heart. During Spring's first inventory she keeps on getting details that doesn't line up with how much the shop sells. And while observing the other girl, she then figure out that Autumn likes to give freebies to the regular customer that they have. Mostly Autumn gave useful oils and bundles of herbs that helps for muscle and joint pains.

It really made Spring wants to work harder in the garden. The more that they use what they grow means that they can give more freebies to customer without it being a pain in their inventory and sales.

Snow being the adorable but lazy pup that he usually is, tends to be their sort of alarm when there is a customer in the shop. Since Autumn keeps on going in the garden to talk to Spring which she doesn't mind that much and sometimes their talks tends to go on and on and it made Autumn forget that she's in the middle of work herself.

After three days of working together, it's safe to say that Spring is getting attached to her job which she enjoy very much.

Also after that three days, Mr. Hwang emerged from his workroom to inform Spring about the compressor charm that he's working on. It was a success and Spring could have it but also he reminded her of the talk with her brother.

The talk happened when Zan finally got home from his job which Spring have no idea about. Spring then told his brother of his conversation with the father and daughter duo. Hindi din naman maalintala ang saya sa boses ni Spring habang ikinikwento nito ang trabaho. And that made Zan sigh in relief. Spring is now finally talking to someone and by the sound of her voice, it's also possible that his sister also befriended Autumn.

The next morning matapos makauwi ni Zan ay nagtungo ang magkapatid sa shop ni Mr. Hwang.

"Good morning Spring, good morning Snow!" Autumn greeted the two while she smiled at Zan.

"My father is expecting the both of you." And just like how Autumn dragged Spring the first time they went to Mr. Hwang's workroom, the both of them was whisked away by the brown haired girl.

If Spring is not mistaken, it's probably because of Autumn's magic and personality. She's like a strong wind that's hard to be reckon with.

In a flash, they found themselves in Mr. Hwang's workroom. Agad naman itong napatingin sa kanila at sinenyasan silang maupo.

"Good to see the both of you." Pagbati nito sa kanila. May kinuha naman ito mula sa isa sa mga drawer na nakapalibot sa kwartong iyon at saka na rin naupo sa harap ng magkapatid.

"This is actually a contract I've written for Spring as she ask me to give her a job. As her guardian, I would like for you to read these and sign it with your name if you agree and don't have any more concerns." At saka nito inabot kay Zan ang papel.

Zan carefully read everything and since it was a well made contract, he signed it. After he penned his name, Zan immediately noticed the relief expression of his sister.

"As you can see, I have successfully made Spring's compressor charm in a form of earrings. I actually thought you would ask about it before you sign the contract." Mr. Hwang said as he regards Zan and his lack of reaction.

"I actually have read about Elementals during my time at the Academy. At mula sa narinig ko kay Spring, di lang sya ang nagiisa since Autumn is also an Elemental.  I guess I didn't really regard it as a possibly for my sister's condition before until I heard someone else also being one." Zan explained.
