Pony friends: I'm the fastest!

"Owww" Sonic opened his eyes and groaned. He got up and looked around "w-where am I?", Grasses and trees stood beside the path he was on, the wind rushed along flowers and the sky was clear. "What a peaceful place", Sonic stretched his arms, as a wad of memories came back. "Right, the chaos control! It must be why I'm here!" Sonic looked at the ground and started walking. He felt A jolt of blue light cross him from behind quickly, Sonic looked back but no one was there. He shrugged and kept walking, another blue light passed him. Sonic shocked started running "what was that?" Sonic ran. The blue object kept following him.

After a while, when Sonic thought that it lost him, he started walking again but quickly looked behind to make dure it was gone "no one here", he held his growling stomach, "chasing that eggface really did some damage", he laughed and walked forward.

A minute later, a fresh apple played on the ground. Sonic's mouth watered. As he went to pick it up, the same blue streak of light flew passed it, Sonic widened his eyes. The apple was gone. "Who are you? What do you want from me?" He shouted hoping, that blue light will hear him.

"I should ask you that, intruder! "

Sonic turned around, and on top a tree branch sat a blue Pegasus, with a rainbow mane and tail. It had the apple on hooves throwing it up and catching it again. "And you don't seem anything like a pony", it said. "A pony? I'm a hedgehog!" Sonic threw his hands forward, "a HEDGEHOG?? pfft..HAHAHAH HAH!!!" The blue Pegasus flew down and rolled around the ground laughing. "Sorry stranger, but even though you claim you are a hedgehog, you're way different!" "I'm the right size!" Sonic pouted. "AND I want my apple back!".

The pony looked at the apple on her hooves. "Oh, this thing?" It flew closer to Sonic handing the apple to him, but as he got his hands closer to take the apple, the Pegasus moved her hooves to the left, and kept dodging Sonic's hands. "That's it!" Sonic jumped on the Pegasus, but it was quick enough to dodge that too. Soon Sonic was lying on the ground, while the blue Pegasus sat on top of It's head.

"You're tryin' to win over some tough Pegasus ya know?" It gave a smirk, and flew to the branch again, lying on It's back, with one arm resting It's head and the other hoof to throw the apple to Sonic. Sonic caught it and looked straight at her. "The game was fun, but right now care to explain who you are and WHY are you here?" The Pegasus said giving Sonic a stern gaze. "First, I might wanna say, why I'm here", Sonic said, "go on, I'm listening"

After a long story later...

"Whoa, that was the most awesome story I've ever heard! And you're friends are here?" The Pegasus asked and Sonic nodded in agreement.

"I'm Sonic, Sonic the hedgehog. The fastest creature on land" Sonic took a bite of his apple and dashed around the path and over hills and came back to the tree, where the blue Pegasus rested. "The name's Rainbow Dash, you've got an impressive speed, but not enough to impress me!", she pointed at Sonic, she flew to the sky did some double flips went circles in speed as a rainbow trail made through behind her, and finally landed on the ground with spreaded wings.

Sonic could only look. "What's wrong? Speechless?" Rainbow smirked. "Oh please, I can do much more than that!" Sonic raised his hand right at the height of his chest. Rainbow looked around and her eyes landed on a huge castle in the center of a village, "Well then, if you're so confident, Sonuc the hedgehog, how about we race till that castle right there? See who's got the speed?", Sonic looked where Rainbow Dash pointed. A small village was seen far away, with a visible castle wich towered over the small huts.

Sonic turned back to the proud blue Pegasus, as a smirk crawled up his lips.

"You're on"

"Ready, set GO!" Rainbow Dash and Sonic dashed towards the village, both of them leaving behind two shades of blue light, and they moved forward.
