Chaos hunt - part 5

Rarity used her magic as Amy and her walked down paths and paths. Amy looked around to find any glowing chaos emerald  the could find, it was buried deep on the ground because thanks to Rarity's magic, the any emerald, rubies or diamond could be visible.

Amy still looked a little down and Rarity noticed it, "so darling, what IS the matter, you have been like this the whole, you should be a little cheerful you know, after all, you spent alot of time with Pinkie Pie", "I know.." Amy just sighed, and looked forward and then again looked at Rarity,

"well" Amy blushed, "I actually like someone, but he never seems to have any interest in me", Rarity's eyes widened, "You like someone?", "shh!" Amy said, and Rarity whispered, "who is it?, I mean, if you don't wanna tell it's ok", Rarity looked at her, "and, that is....Sonic..." Amy closed her eyes tightly, Rarity gasped,

"Awwww" Rarity said, Amy just sighed, "don't worry Amy, just believe, keep being yourself, your own beauty will shine through eventually!" Rarity assured her.

"I hope" Amy gave a small sigh.

They stopped as they came near a wide river. Rarity and Amy looked up and found something shimmering on the other side, Amy squinted her eyes, "it's, it's a chaos emerald!".

"But how are we gonna cross the river?" Amy said, Rarity looked around, and touched the water, "it's too cold, we can't possibly swim across!", suddenly a long purple body swam across the river and some orange and yellow hair was visible, Amy and Rarity looked closely, "wait is that..?", Rarity looked at it closely and then it swam to the surface, "ahh, that was a wonderful swim!" A light purple scale coloured sea serpent stretched it's arms, he had a mixed colour of yellow and orange, and the same colour matched his moustache. "Steven Magnet!" Rarity said, "oh Rarity!, and who is this fine maiden you brought along?" Steven bend down to look at Amy, "uhh, hi?" Amy waved her hands slowly, "this is Amy, Amy this is Steven Magnet a friends of ours", "Steven's face lit up, "why hello Amy! Rarity here is really generous, she shared me her own tail when my moustache got cut off by a strange, black smoke", "really that's great" Amy looked at Rarity, "thank you Amy, well Steven we were hoping you could help us cross this river, we need to get to the other side, since Amy here, came from another world and she desperately needs a chaos emerald, which is lying right there", "why yes, of course! Anything for a friend!" Steven stretched out his body and made a bridge where Amy and Rouge walked cross the bridge, and reached the other side.

Amy turned to Steven, "thank you so much, Steven", "anytime, miss Amy! What are friends for?". Rarity smiled, and her horn glew, to search for where the emerald was. A white glimmer was shown under a huge rock, "oh no, it's under a rock, how do we remove it?" Rarity said, Amy took out her hammer and smashed the Rick into pieces, revealing a beautiful white chaos emerald. "They are dazzling!" Rarity said. Amy smiled, as she held the emerald.

Applejack and Rouge looked all around the forest and found nothing, "*sigh* it's hopeless, the chaos emerald has scattered too far!", Rouge put her hands on her hips, Applejack pulled her hat a little up, and looked at Rouge, "don't give up yet, suger cube, we ain't findin' that emerald, if we aren't hopeful. All of a sudden, Rouge made a disgusted face and flew towards Applejack, "what's wrong?" Applejack asked, "something's stinking out there", Rouge replied, as she held her nose, Applejack went to where Rouge stood a second ago, and stopped as they heard a howl, "what was that?, are there wolves here?" Rouge said as she crossed her arms, Applejack's face stiffened, "they aren't wolves, but they are TIMBERWOLVES!", "timberwolves?" Rouge said, "we need to be careful of them, they're really dangerous and they're breath stinks for even a mile away!", Applejack said, as suddenly three timberwolves jumped in front of them, they were all made out of twigs and branches, and with a stinking breath.

"Quick we need to go!" Applejack said, as Rouge stopped her, "what now?" Applejack looked at her, "it has a chaos emerald!" Rouge pointed at the belly of the first timberwolf, a yellow chaos emerald laid there beneath the branches and twigs. "What is it doing there?" Applejack turned back, "yah!" Rouge charged forward and almost landed a punch, when the timberwolf growled, opening it's mouth it's stink reaching Rouge, as she tumbled backward, and Applejack ran to help her up.
"That's a nasty one" Rouge said, Applejack looked at it and took out her rope, Applejack ran towards the timberwolves and threw her rope to the one which had a chaos emerald, the rope reached it's mouth and tightly closed it, Applejack ran forward and kicked the other two timberwolves, as they fell on the ground, Rouge smirked and flew towards Applejack, as Rouge flew passed her, "let me help" she said. Rouge landed on the timberwolf, as she caught his neck and held it, Applejack smiled and ran and kicked the timberwolf, breaking all the body parts, and it flew as pieces of branches and twigs, the chaos emerald flew in the air as Rouge was quick enough to grab it.

Rouge flew down with the yellow chaos emerald as Applejack looked at it, "great job Rouge" Applejack said, Rouge smirked, "why thank you", suddenly the twigs and branches started moving, "oh right, it will rebuild itself, we must get out of here!" Applejack said, Rouge nodded and they ran away from they place, and hid behind a tree, and then they both sighed in relief.
