With the threat of COVID-19 all over the place, we all need to take necessary steps to ensure that we don't contract the disease. Hope everyone of you are being safe, even if some of us may make jokes about it. Oh btw, did you know that online gaming boomed after lockdowns were announced?

I do not, in any way, own For Honor or any resources that might make an appearance here. If I did, I would've been playing it all day.

Probably...

"Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you."

- Shamdon's Spine, sometime after the massacre of Westhold Castle... -

The word of the breakout from Harrowgate travelled fast across Ashfeld and to the other legions. As such, the word of the massacre of the Nine Nobles in Westhold Castle spread just as fast and inspired more to rise up against the Blackstone Legion under the banner of the House of Lorderius and of the Iron Legion; (Argen's) master plan.

With that, the Templar-Hospitaller Order took the opportunity to attack and defeat the Blackstones in the Gillet Scrublands and secured it for the Iron Legion. Defectors came in droves and bolstered the Iron Legion's ranks, causing its power to inflate and almost rival the Blackstone Legion in power. Almost.

With the Templar-Hospitallers occupied with their campaign in the Gillet Scrublands, it falls to the rest of the western commanders to take the regions of The Fold and of the Lion Wastes, closing into Eitrivatnen where Apollyon and her legionnaires are headquartered.

The western commanders are in Shamdon's Spine discussing their next course of action for the Iron Legion.

Hervis Daubeny: "As much we need to, I don't have enough soldiers to take The Fold, let alone hold it. I only have less than two thousand men at my disposal." Daubeny, the newest member of the Reformed Iron Legion tells his fellow commanders.

Servius Sextus: "Which is why the Second Star Legion will be joining your forces in that campaign. They will be lending you five thousand men to take that region." The Legatus of the Sixth Legion replies.

Hervis Daubeny: "Five thousand? That may not be enough, Legatus. If our information is precise, Blackstone Legion alongside the Felrun Bandits number at about twenty thousand soldiers. Seven thousand can't hope to to fight a force that large without a proper strategy."

Servius Sextus: "Of course it won't be enough. That amount is intended to secure a foothold for the Iron Legion to mount on, not take the entire region."

Corqos Vitallion: "We also need to take or at least blockade the supply lines between Ilkaya's Barrier and Eitrivatnen. If we can do that, we won't have to take Ilkaya's Barrier and it would help our allies in the east and the south. That said, we need to verify the information we are receiving."

Kalec: "Even so, taking and holding Ilkaya's Barrier will unnecessarily cost us a lot of resources and manpower, especially since the Viking threat is still there in the Crystal Ice Fields. We will just take The Fold, then blockade the supply lines."
