I will scribble rhymes
for myself, too
once I'm done making
poems of my love for you
but I guess it won't be too soon
for I am still not sure
if I can now close the book
and let go the pen
I use to craft you proses.
I will scribble lines
of self-love, too,
but not to soon
for I am still not yet done
loving you.
