"Asymptote"

Meeting you was the greatest gift I've ever received
The joy I felt is the same when I learned how to add one plus one
Now what I want is to multiply this happiness
And subtract the sad reality which goes like two minus five
I mean you and I, cannot be
Then you divided my heart into pieces
Like in algebra I wanted to ask you y
Why did you make me feel sadder than what I felt when I failed to answer two plus three

I wanna look for a formula
On how to win your heart
I even tried solving if we could end up with each other
But there's only low probability that among the rest I'll be chosen
It's like universe is playing tricks on us
It made us cross our paths
But later on we'll realize that we're like lines that can get closer and closer yet can never be together
Because this love is asymptotic.
