"For Ellaine: Smiles Under The Gray Skies"
The truth is,
life is not always about
sunshines and rainbows.
There are times that
the sky is in grays and glum
but it doesn't mean that it's the end of happiness
nor the sadness will last for a lifetime.
Sometimes you just have to
enjoy dancing under the pouring rain,
or cuddle with your weighted blanket
if you feel like the night is cold
and therefore you won't feel so alone.
After being friends with the gray skies,
you will notice that having it around
is not as bad as you think it is.
After all, you won't appreciate happiness
without a little touch of sadness.
