Here Comes the Pain

A/n: Caution! Read at your own risk. The title says it all, we all know what's about to happen. This was hard for me to write, as much as it will be for all of you to read. So, I apologize in advance. Now, let's get into the chapter!

Your alarm to wake up went off. Reality hit you! Filming today is going to be very hard because they're filming the scene that every TMR fan hates the most.

You are very scared because this scene is going unfold in front of you. You can't bare the thoughts of having to see Thomas as a zombie-like monster, him attacking you and Dylan, then falling lifeless in your arms.

There was a knock at the door. You opened it and saw Thomas.

"Morning, love." he said.

"Hey." you moaned.

"Are you alright?" he asked.

"Yeah, just had a hard time sleeping last night." you answered, while rubbing your eyes.

"Well, you have all day to rest. I'm going on a motorbike ride." Thomas said, then kissed your cheek.

"Bye." you said.

You closed the door and went to the bathroom. After that, you sat at the desk and colored with your new Copic markers.

It's now time to go to set. The sun finally set and the dark sky came out. When you saw Thomas in the Crank makeup, you immediately turned away. It's too painful, but you're eventually gonna have to look at him.

Everyone got in position and was in character mode.

"Action!" Wes called out.

Thomas is dragging Newt and Kelsey across the concrete. They both fell to the ground. Teresa's voice echoes throughout the city.

Teresa: Thomas, can you hear me? I need to you to listen to me. I know you have no reason to trust me, but I need you to come back. Thomas, you can save Newt and Kelsey. There's still time for them.

Thomas: (looks down at his friends)

Teresa: There's a reason Brenda isn't sick anymore. It's your blood. Do you understand? She isn't sick because...because you cured her. She doesn't have to be the only one. All you have to do is come back, and this will all finally be over. Please, just come back to me.

Thomas stood there. He's frozen by what he just heard. Kelsey walks up to him.

Kelsey: Is it true?

Thomas: (looks at her, then saw that Newt stood up on his own) Newt...

He slowly turns around. The camera gets a closeup of his face.

Kelsey: Newt...

Newt charges towards them and attacks. Thomas and Newt roll on the ground, while Kelsey tries to pull Newt off of Thomas. Newt shoves her to the concrete.

Thomas: KELSEY!

Newt: Tommy...kill me.

Newt continues to attack Thomas. He gains control for a second, then pulls out the gun out of Thomas's leg holster.

Thomas: No! (pushes the gun out of his hand)

The battle continues. Thomas helps Kelsey get up. She is still weak. Newt pulls out a knife and starts to sway it at the two of them. He almost stabs Thomas in the shoulder, but Kelsey shoves him off. Newt sways the knife at both of them again. He gets close enough and ends up turning the knife on himself.

"Cut!" Wes called out.

The prop master changed Thomas's jacket that had a knife handle in it. Once that was done, Wes called "action!" again and Newt fell to the ground. You and Dylan catch him before he hits the concrete. The camera crew got good shots of you, Dylan, and Thomas showing blank, sad expressions.

It's done. Newt's death scene has been filmed.
