Wes let you, Thomas, Kaya, and Shai Lun come to the bay to watch them film the Safe Haven scenes. Even though that your characters aren't alive and breathing. The beach and the vegetation really gave it the perfect look for the Safe Haven island. A property manager gave Wes permission to film on a particular part of the bay because they needed a plain, not touched by civilization space for the scenes.

The other cast members, as well as some of the Immune kids were there getting ready for the awesome ending. You, Thomas, Kaya, and Shai Lun were walking around, looking for your friends. You pulled out your phone and started to take a video of the oasis of the Safe Haven.

"Just because that our characters aren't alive anymore doesn't mean that we take be in the Safe Haven as our actual selves." you said.

That made them laugh.

Before they started filming, everyone got a group picture. Everyone clumped together to get everyone in. Once that was done, they started filming the first scene in the Safe Haven.

Thomas wakes up in a little house, then walks out to see the new place that he and everyone else is in. He walks up a path. Minho, Brenda, and the others see him coming and got up to see how he's doing. Thomas and Minho stare at each other for a few seconds before sharing a hug. They know who's not with them anymore. Thomas and Brenda did the same thing. He notices the necklace around her neck. It was Kelsey's.

Wes filmed Dylan walking on the shoreline, then he pulls a vial of blue liquid out of his pocket. He's holding the cure to the Flare virus in his hands. The camera gets a good shot of Dylan staring out to the ocean. Wes stopped production because the bonfire scene takes place around sunset and into nighttime. Everyone in the cast and crew were sitting on the 'audience area' of the set, which is where everyone will sit during the bonfire scene.

"Okay, everyone. Can I have your attention please? Now, since we're not filming for the next few hours, I think this is a good time to share our letters to each other." Wes said.

Everyone pulled out their letters and were getting excited. Wes read his letter to Dylan, then it was your turn to read your letter.

You came out of the crowd and went to the middle. All eyes were on you.

"Wes,

I don't know where to begin. This has been quite an adventure. I never thought that I would be a four-year Maze Runner fan, then I get casted as Kelsey in the Scorch Trials movie. I cannot say thank you enough because you gave me the opportunity that I never got in school. Every single person in this cast and crew has completely changed my life. This is nothing compared to any theatre production. I'm so happy that I entered an acting environment with no favoritism, a sense of inclusion, a supportive director, and A-MAZE-ING cast. Thanks to all of you, I have gained more self-confidence, more energy, and learned not to be afraid because of past events.

The Maze Runner series has taught me many things. But, you and everyone else here has taught me three important things:

Never stop running, this is only the beginning, and everything has an end.

Love, y/n (Kelsey)"

Everyone clapped and cheered for you. You and Wes shared a hug, and you gave him the letter.

After everyone in the cast and crew read their letters to each other, it was almost sunset. Now, it's time to film the bonfire scene. Vince gave a speech, they lit the fire, and Thomas finds a letter in Newt's necklace.

Thomas read it the letter out loud to Dylan behind the camera. Tears streamed down Dylan's eyes because of the emotion. The camera got shots of the others carving names in the rock. Minho and Brenda carved Newt and Kelsey very close to each other.

When it was all done, Wes pulled out his megaphone.

"That's a wrap!" he said.
