Kimberly's POV
It is currently my school lunchtime right now so Kianie, Kate and I are sitting on a tree and eating our lunch. I got a notification on my phone so I check it and it's a message from Taylor.
Taylor - Hey Kim, how's school currently
Me - It's alright
Taylor - can you swing by the office when you finish school
Me - ok whatever
Taylor - thanks Kim, Karlie and I will wait for you in the exam room
"I just got a text from Taylor," I tell Kianie and Kate. "Why," Kianie says. "Shouldn't Karlie be texting you," Kate asks. "Yeah, probably she's busy," I say. We continue having lunch then the first warning bells ring off and then run off to class as people leave. Kianie and I just sat next to each other during Math and got bored listening to our teacher rambling on.
It is finally the end of the day. I rush across the road to Karlie and Taylor's office. I look over the reception area to see if Karlie or Taylor are there. I walk back to the exam room and see Karlie and Taylor sitting down. "Hey Kim, how was your day," Karlie asks with a small smile. "It was okay," I say nervously. "It's okay hun, just lay down," Karlie says encouragingly as she pats the chair. I nervously went over and layed back on the chair. Karlie grabs my hands and gives me sympathetic smile. I nervously look at Taylor who gives me a small smile as she gets her mask and gloves on. Taylor picks up her mirror and explorer and motions them towards me. "Ok Kim, open for me," Taylor says encouragingly. I nervously open my mouth and Taylor starts looking at my teeth. She puts her explorer and mirror back on the tray and moves over to the side of the room. She grabs two plastic trays. "Open for me Kim," Taylor says sympathetically. I got scared because Kianie told me that she knew that I had to get impressions after my braces come off. Taylor stuck a plastic tray of some mould stuff on my bottom teeth. I started whining. "It's okay Kim, I know this is weird and hard for you," Karlie says sympathetically. Taylor took it out of my mouth after 3 minutes and put the second tray on my top teeth. I tried to move my head but Karlie moved it back and became sympathetic. "I'm sorry Kim, I know your pain," Karlie says sympathetically. Taylor takes out the tray and I close my mouth. "Here, Kim, just swish this around your mouth and spit it out," Taylor says handing me a fluoride cup. I do this for 60 seconds while Taylor and Karlie clean up. Taylor then takes the cup from me.
We then head back to the house and Karlie starts making dinner. "Hey Kim, I'm sorry about today," Taylor says sympathetically as she sits next to me on my bed. "It's okay," I say quietly. "You don't seem like it's okay," Taylor says sympathetically. "Why did I need impressions," I ask nervously. "I needed to get impressions I could fit and give you your permanent retainer," Taylor says.
