"Last day of school!!" I sat up at the yelling voice of my best friend heart pounding in my chest. "Well for you and then it's dance school and living on your own dorm. How do you feel?" She sat on the bed next to me as I rubbed my eyes

"Like I was woken from a good sleep."

"Sky-"

"Okay okay...great." I smiled. Everything I've wanted but hid from for so long is finally coming to me. And it was all because she signed me up for something I could have never done myself. Yet some how I became a crowd favourite, a girlfriend, and being more myself then I've ever been. I've hid my dance and my feelings from my family for so long that I only knew how to do that.

"Well we picked up the boxes for you and I made sure you brother could meet us at your parents house to grab the rest of your things."

"But I'm in a dorm."

"Yeah a big one, I looked at the plans of the student living Center. Two students share an apartment practically. Good news, your sharing with Andy, bad new the boys Center is in a whole other building."

"The school has five acres to its self including the school building, living centres, gym with indoor and outdoor pool, special onsite doctors office, and theatre for competitions. They're a top school."

"Either way you have a bedroom, private bathroom, shared living room, and kitchenette. Of course the dining hall that's also its own building comes with an entire meal plan with tuition."

I couldn't believe I did it. Of course from what Lucas and I have been told they're including a share of what the broadcasting made as part of our added winnings meaning I could bring in my own food if I wanted. My money I make from YouTube hardly put a dent in it but it would be something as well. Needless to say I could rent an apartment. As winners and top dancers Lucas and I now have a lot on our heads. Meaning we study privately under choreographers in the school, have to have our grades eighty five or above at all times, and have to choreograph the senior dance winter next year.

"What are we doing today?" I asked

"Shopping it is the holidays."

"Give me fifteen and well go."

We shopped until we dropped our bits in the seats of Lucas house Lucas cured up next to me on the couch as we put on the first Harry Potter ready for a marathon. We had to relax before our midnight dance session we had with not only the dance team from our school but all of the dancers that were in the compition. It was going to be a crowded but it was going to be worth it.  Once we got to the school we'd be secluded to the students only coming home every once in while. And we wanted to have fun while we could.

Lucas was resourful enough to get a choreogopher from new york to choreograph for the night. But I picked the song and Lucas sent it to her.

We did go and do the class and got all the filming done. It was closing in on two in the morning when everyone started to leave. Lucas and I staying behind cleaning up. I watched as he put on another song. I See Fire played through the speakers and he walked up to me.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"I'm admiring everything about you before I no longer get to spend as much time with you once we start school." Lucas wrapped his arms around me and made me look at the floor to ceiling mirrors. "As happy as I am that we're going to this school together I'm a little upset we can't spend as much time together as we do now."

"We'll still see each other. In class and they want us to choreograph stuff." I brought one hand up until it was in his hair allowing me to play with it. He kissed my neck. "And we may live on campus but who says we can't sneak around."

He slowly turned me allowing me to fall back and round back up until our foreheads met and he moved his hand down to my hips. He stepped back making me lean after a second our eyes still locked. He stood back up picking me up Allowing me to wrap my legs around him. I leaned back allowing my hands to hit the floor before he pulled me back up my arms up and I ran them down his face and to his shoulders.

"Is this going to be our life?" I asked as he slowly put me back down. "Music? Competitions? Late nights in studios?"

"I wouldn't have it any other way."

"Just promise me something," I rubbed my thumbs along his smooth skin. "What ever comes our way we won't let it change us or tear us apart."

"Nothing...and I mean nothing could ever tear us apart. Everything we've been through for as little time as we've been together, I know we'll always be Lucas and Sky."

We slowed dance the rest of the song then gathered our things and left for his house. Seeing the boxes with his things made it feel all that more surreal. I never would have pictured my life being the way it is today. With Lucas. Being the winner of a dance competition and a daughter after dancer for agents. Being a YouTuber and having people look up to me. All of it had made me want an independence that I've craved. A supportive brother, friends, and boyfriend to help me I know I'll be okay.

Knowing all of it and seeing all of it unfold is far greater than what I was planning. Just to disappear after I graduate. Now I can be me. I can do what I love and can do it with the people I love. It's life changing and I can only imagine what will come next.
