"Kis chiz pe itna khush ho rahe hai sab log ?" Shivaay's voice made everyone stop in their tracks.
"Shivaay ?" Pinki bit her lips. "Woh toh hum bas.."
Shivika turned towards Shivaay and her mouth fell open.
Shivaay looked at Shivika and his smile vanished. They both kept staring at each other for a minute and then took a couple of steps towards each other.
"Shivaay Singh Oberoi." Shivika whispered to herself disbelievingly. She couldn't believe that her idol, her hero was in front of her.
"Shivi-" Shivaay was about to take his daughter's name but stopped himself as he remembered what she had done to his beloved Annika.
"H-Hi." Shivika stammered. "I'm Shivika, Shivika Khanna." She introduced herself with a confident smile and stretched her hand out for him to shake.
Shivaay clenched his jaws when it was confirmed that she was Shivika his daughter, oh sorry, the daughter which he considered dead.
Shivaay glared at her and without breaking the eye contact he yelled. "Khanna ! Yeh yaha kya kar rahi hai ?"
Khanna came forward and hung his head low. Shivika put her extended hand down.
"I asked you something Khanna ! Answer me." Shivaay yelled again.
"Excuse me, Mr Shivaay. Mere uncle ki koi galati nahi hai. Main khud yaha aayi hu, so don't scold my uncle." Shivika replied in a firm yet calm tone making eye contact with him.
"Khanna, show her out." Shivaay replied without breaking eye contact.
"No Shivaay. Shivika kuch din humare sath rahegi." Shakti came forward and placed his hands on Shivika's shoulders.
"No way. I need her out of my house, RIGHT NOW !" Shivaay replied.
"Billu, chup kar. Bahot manmaani kar li tune, ab humari sunn, Shivika yahi rahegi aur agar yeh chali gayi toh hum sab bhi uske sath chale jayenge." Dadi replied in firm tone.
"Dadi..." Shivaay stared at her in surprise.
"Sahi bol rahi hai Dadi, Bhaiya." Rudy and Bhavya came forward too.
"Rehne do na Shivika ko yaha, Bhaiya please." Bhavya requested.
"Haa bhaiya, please rehne dijiye na usey yaha." Gauri joined them.
"Shivaay please." Omkara too requested.
Shivaay looked at his family and sighed. He glanced at Shivika one more time and replied, "Do whatever you want. But mujhe yeh mere ass pass nahi dikhni chahiye."
Shivika was confused and hurt by his words.
Shivaay left from there without another word.
"Chalo Shivika, tumhe tumhara room dikhata hu." Om and Gauri smiled at her.
"Are you sure, uncle ? Mujhe nahi lagta ki unhe mera yaha rehna pasand hai." Shivika whispered to Khanna.
