Scene 1
"You're the love of my life, my soul, my world." Yuvi was saying. "Tell me my love, will you...marry me ?" He asked with adoring eyes.
Vansh's eyes blazed with anger and he snapped his attention towards Shivika, expecting her to stand there with a straight face or possibly slap Yuvraj but what she said next made Vansh's heart shatter into million pieces.
"Oh my God !" Shivika squealed. "I thought you would never ask !" She exclaimed. "Yes ! Yes, I'll marry you !"
Shivika held the grin on her lips for a moment or two longer.
"Where's he ?" She asked after a moment through the tight lipped grin.
"I don't know." Yuvi admitted and stared at the bushes, anticipating an angry looking Vansh, all ready to punch him square in the face.
It was Yuvi's plan.
A plan to prove Shivika that Vansh loved her.
Yuvi was expecting to get a reckless reaction from Vansh after watching Yuvi proposing Shivika but it didn't turned out that way cause Vansh had already left.
Vansh might have marched up to Yuvi and punched him but when he heard Shivika's reply he got so heart broken that he just left.
Shivika dropped her grin with a sigh and turned Yuvi towards herself.
"Told ya." Shivika said with a bored look on her face. "Hum sirf best friends hai, V doesn't love me...that way." ("We're just best friends, V doens't love me...that way.")
Shivika's voice and tone was steady but Yuvi didn't miss to catch a itty-bitty tiny glint of sadness in her eyes.
"And what about you ?" Yuvi raised an eyebrow.
"What about me ?" Shivika matched Yuvi's expression, even though she knew what he meant.
"Do you love him ?" Yuvi asked in all the seriousness.
"Y..yeah I do." Shivika said and quickly added. "As my best friend."
"Jhoot." ("Lier.") Yuvi deadpanned. "Jis tarah se woh tumhe mere sath dekhkar jal raha tha aur jis tarah se tum uske baare mein baatein karti ho, I can bet my entire fortune that you both silly people love each other." ("The way he got jealous when he saw you with me and the way you keep talking about him for hours, I can bet my entire fortune that you both silly people are in love with each other.")
Shivika bit her lip before replying.
"Mere dad mere liye sab kuch hai, aur unki permission ke bina mein kisi ke sath shaadi nahi karungi." ("My dad is my everything, and without his permission I won't get married to anyone.") Shivika spoke.
"Okay." Yuvi said slowly and then a smirk appeared on his lips. "Lekin shaadi ki baat kisne ki ?" ("But who said anything about marriage ?")
Shivika opened her mouth and then closed again like a goldfish before blushing a deep shade of red.
"Aww ! Someone's blushing." Yuvi squealed like a girl.
"Shut up Yuvi !" Shivika muttered and ran away.
Yuvi chuckled softly.
