Scene 1
As soon as Shivika's eyes landed on the people waiting for them inside the conference hall, she froze.
Her breathe hitched in her throat as that horrible incident played in her mind.
Every single neuron in her body screamed 'run' to her brain but somehow she just couldn't move a muscle.
"Shivika." Shivaay's soft voice and comforting rub on Shivika's back brought her out of her trance.
"Hello Mr Oberoi. It's a pleasure to meet you." The man whose face had such a horrible impact on Shivika, spoke.
Tears brimmed in Shivika's eyes and her breathing sped up when she heard that awfully familiar voice.
It was none other than her demon of the darkness. Grudge.
"SSO !" Shivika whisper-screamed in fear and hid behind Shivaay.
"It's okay Shivika. I'm here with you." Shivaay whispered back and wrapped his arm around her protectively.
Shivika took a deep breath and composed herself.
The last thing she wanted was to let her father know about her terrible past.
Shivika slowly walked out and Shivaay led her inside and made her sit beside him after sitting across from the 'Italian delegates', on the couch.
The meeting begun.
"Mr Oberoi, you've 80% shares of GDG company, that technically makes you the owner." One of the collogues of Grudge spoke.
Shivaay nodded and Shivika's mouth formed an 'o' when she got to know that Shivaay had bought Grudge's company.
"But what's the reason behind firing Mr Grudge ?" The person asked. He had been brought there to take side of Grudge. "Mr Grudge worked hard and have brought the company to the height which it is on right now."
Shivaay just gave an uninterested look as he stared at the person.
"Sir, with all due respect, I demand a reason for the suspension of Mr Grudge from the post of CEO of the company." The person said, this time more aggressively.
Shivaay leant back in his seat with utmost attitude and a faint smirk. "Ok." He mumbled. "I won't fire him."
A wicked smile spread across Grudge's lips and the person talking for him, grinned.
"Instead,.." Shivaay started. "...I'll shut the company down." He shrugged.
"What ?" Grudge exclaimed. "You cannot do that ! My grandfather had started that business, he had worked hard day and night just to make it remarkable. You cannot just shut it down !"
