(Y/N pov)

I arrived back home hours later, brown plastic bags hung around my arms and squeezed to my a
Sides. bill took no time running over to me, grabbing a couple of bags from me in the process. I smiled at him.

"you took so long..!" he worried. I scoffed.
"oh cmon, I wasn't gone for that long.." I taunted

he grunted with a smile, carrying some of the plastic bags into the kitchen. he sat them on to the counter then turned to me. he placed both of his hands on the counter behind him, holding his self up as he leaned on the ledge. his grin turned to a frown "you promise you went straight to the shop, right?" he held a look that I betrayed him. my face heated up "yes, of course, I went straight there, you dummy" I sighed, laughing lightly. he smiled again, turning around and sticking his hands in the plastic bags behind him.

"good, it would be bad to find out your cheating on me~" he hummed

I perked up, looking up to him from across the kitchen at the table. my cheeks were slightly tainted with color. "but we're not dating,..right?" I questioned, looking to the side. he stopped, looking at me from the side of his face. "what makes you say that? we do everything a couple does, don't we?" he stated. I held my eye contact with him, my face growing darker as my mouth twisted.

"so.., that means we're dating, ok?" he told. I vigorously shook my head, yes, my lingering thoughts of Samuel seemed to brush away. he chuckled, beaming at me with a grin. he turned again, taking the frames from the plastic bags. he brought them to the table where I was and put them side by side, there was 6, including mine, 9. He made a noise, furrowing his eyebrows. "w-whats wrongs??" I asked, nervously. He got up from his seat, stepping into the kitchen. he came back with the photo box from yesterday. He opened the top in front of me. I looked at the many pictures, then his face, seeing the pity in them. "you bought..a lot less than I told you." he let out a tired laugh. I mentally panicked, bringing myself to my feet, standing. "oh, I'm so sorry-i can go buy more!" I expressed loudly, but not mad. he put his hand in front of him, using one of them to grab my arm.

"don't worry, (y/n). I can go get them" he finished, his fingers in a snapping position. "oh no, you don't have to do that bill. Really, I can do it" I shook his hand from my arm.

he sighed, eyes closed "no (y/n), shh. you've been through a lot lately. Let me do this, ok?" "but-" and he was gone. The snap of his hand stayed in my ears. I sighed with an open- mouth frown, heavily falling back into my chair. I held my face up with my hands, elbows pressed to the tables wood. I closed my eyes, letting the loneliness set in. then I opened them. I wasn't lonely for long, he was there. I jumped, the first thing I saw was his salmon hair.

he levitated me into the air, orange covering my body to stop me from falling. of course, he sat there with a smile. he placed me back in the chair. I then remembered something, the thought came out of my mouth "y-you. you need to get out of here, Bill will be back any moment!" I stammered. he just giggled, leaning on the table to get closer to me.

"don't worry, ill only be here for a second." he mused. I shakily crossed my arms in a defensive manner, staying stiff "o-ok, what do you want?" I piped, letting my breath escape from my throat.

he chuckled once more, mimicking my crossed arms, his eyes smiling "defensive aren't we, darling? don't be, I'm just here to invite you to something." he informed.

I let my arms down, touching my hair to cope with the nerves in my chest. "..invite?" I cautioned.

he grinned, peeking his eyes from there lids only slightly. he shifted upwards from his seat, carefully gliding his fingers across the table and to my figure. He caressed my hip up with one finger until it landed on my hair. he slides his fingers through my locks, sliding his tips through the strands in a soothing manner.

I flinched, letting out a bit of a squeak as he did so. catching myself from falling over, I pushed his hand away softly. the burning sensation crept to my face while he smirked,

he let his arm fall to his side, then sliding them behind his back into a stance.

"come to the forest behind your house tonight, doesn't matter what time. just make sure the sun has set and the stars are out." he finished saying while moving closer to the back door, resting his pale hand on the knob. "oh, and also." he began. he turned to look at me, his eyes now a burning orange illuminating a fierce look. "don't come with anyone else." then he twisted the knob open, walking out as the door slammed shut.

my breath shuddered, I stood up abruptly and ran to the door, opening it to look out, but he was gone. I wanted to tell him I wasn't coming, I wanted bill to come home now. I felt the sweat build upon my head. I didn't wipe it away, rather let it dry as my hands were glued to the door.

I wobbled back to the table and sat, calming myself down. I needed to know more about him, why he found interest in visiting me, how did he know my name?

I was fine now, my breathing had regulated and my mind was clear. I heard the front door push open. bill's voice filled the air. he sang while entering the kitchen. he dropped the plastic bag onto the wood. I scooted closer, opening it. of course, inside presented more picture frames, but a better variety than mine. some were small and big, others had tints of color on their wood or glass.

"Thanks, bill.." I whispered. he shot me a concerning look.
"what's wrong?" he questioned, obviously catching the strain in my voice.

I flushed, hesitating to tell him the truth. I asked a question. "bill.., is it possible for other demons to exist? demons like you?" he chuckled at my question.

"Sweetie, I'm no ordinary demon. I'm the all-seeing and all-knowing kind. but, to answer your question, yes, there are. different once to be exact. why are you asking? curiosity killed the cat you know~" he cooed, making my skin tingle.

"y-yea, no. I'm just asking" what kind of demon is Samuel? is he even a demon at all?

he gazed at me, still not believe my story. a smug look replaced his worried one "you know, I can read your current thoughts, if I so choose to" he winks, giving me a suggestive face. I squirmed, the thought of him reading my thoughts unsettled me.

he noticed my uneasiness and returned a smile, backing away from the persona he held a second ago. "don't worry, princess. I would never do that to you. without your consent, That is." he purred

my skin felt hot, I looked down, sorting out the frames and photos he gave me before.

"well, at least I can trust you with my mind, bill."
