(Chapter 5) Trouble.

The next morning.
Braydens pov
Oh shit why the hell is Leilani cuddled next to me?What happend last night? Oh my god did I sleep with her? "Get off of me Leilani!" I said, then shoved her off the bed. "What the fuck is your problem?" Leilani said to me, I probably shouldn't have shoved her but she shouldn't have slept with me. Or at least I think we slept together, "What's your problem? You're the one that was all cuddled up next to me!" I yelled, "Ok first off all that was all you! I was falling asleep and YOU'RE the one that wrapped your hands around me!" She yelled at me, "Oh...I...um sorry, I uh shouldn't have shoved you. I thought..." I said but Leilani cut me off, "You thought we slept together?" That's hilarious!" She said, then walked into the bathroom. I feel like such and idiot now!

A few minutes later
Leilani's pov

"Hey, where are you going?" Brayden said, "To the beach," I replied. "C..c....can I come?" Brayden asked, "Sure, just don't push me off anything." I said then he started stripping and changing right in front of me. "Oh," I said then covered my eyes. "You can open your eyes now." Brayden said then smiled slightly. "Dang you got dressed really fast," I said then grabbed my beach bag. "That's what they all say," Brayden said then grabbed his towel.

I completely forgot to on sunscreen, so I started putting some on but I couldn't reach my back. "I'll get it for you," Brayden said. Then gently rubbed the sun lotion on my back, for a second his hand lingered on my lower back. "Oh no," I said my ex was here. "What?" Brayden said, "It's my ex, the one I was talking about!" I said then covered my face with my straw hat. "I think he already saw you, shit he's walking over here!" Brayden said then held my hand quickly. "Hey Leilani damn you look sexy in that bathing suit." Darius said to me then looked my body up and down. "I think so too," Brayden said then kissed my cheek.

"Darius what are you doing? Ran out of girls to cheat on and pressure into doing things?" I said, "Ok damn here I am thinking you were over that shit guess I was wrong. And you know I ain't made yo ass do anything you didn't wanna do." Darius said, "Listen you piece of shit, can you you leave me and my girlfriend the fuck alone?" Brayden said, "Oh so I see how it is bitch!" Darius said, then kicked sand in my face. "I swear to god if you lay one finger on her I will fucking kill you! Leave or I will fucking make you!" Brayden said, while holding Darius by his collar. "L..let's go I don't wanna be here anymore." I said trying to hold back tears, from all the memories that came flashing back.

"Hey are you ok?" Brayden said then hugged me tightly. "No I'm not, I thought I was stronger than thi. I shouldn't let what he did to me affect me so much!" I said while tears streamed from my eyes, I can't believe i'm crying it's literally been years since i've cried. "What did that piece of shit do to you?" Brayden said, then placed a comforting hand on my shoulder. "H...h..he tried to make me have sex with him. And I didn't want to so he would hit me a lot, and then he would make me do stuff to him. And I didn't know what to do I tried to break up with him. But every time he would say I can keep a man like my mom, and everyone does this." I said then wiped tears from my eyes. "That wasn't ok for him to do, nobody should be forced into doing something they don't wanna do." Brayden said,

"I just feel so broken and dirty, and the worse part is it's all my fault." I said, "It is not your fault! It's Darius' fault! And listen to me you are not broken, you're perfect.When I think of you I don't think that you are dirty, or broken. I think that you are smart, talented, and b..beautiful." Brayden said, then brushed the hair from my face. This is like the first time Braydens given me a compliment and meant it. "Wow, thank you Brayden." I said then hugged him tightly.

Later that day
Landens pov

"I'm bored," Colton said. "I have an idea!" Connor shouted, "if it includes us doing drugs, stealing shit, or banging girls, I'm not interested." I said, "dude I was gonna say, we can ride our skateboards." Connor said then rolled his eyes. "Oh, ok sounds good." I said, "You think so low of us!" Colton said then pushed me against the wall. "Jeez colt! Chill the fuck out I was just playing. And besides who am I to judge? I sell drugs just like you guys!" I said, "Yeah, sure." Colton said then brushed past me. "Let's go." Connor said to me,

A few minutes later

"Guys follow me!" Connor said loudly, I could barely hear him because he was so far ahead from me and Colt. "Where the hell are we going Connor?" Colton said with a hint of concern in his voice. "Relax ok, we are just making a pit stop." Connor said, then stopped at this rugged beaten down house. It had bullet holes all over it, and there where no trespassing signs everywhere. "I have a really bad feeling about this." I whispered to Colton. "M...me too." He replied, then Connor knocked on the door. "What the hell are you doing back here?" A man who looked like he was in his early fifties said to Connor. "Listen Pablo I told them about the drugs you've been giving me, and I think we could make some good money!" Connor said excitingly, Pablo looked like he was about to kill him.

"What the actually fuck is wrong with you?!" Pablo said then pulled a gun out on Connor. "WOAH! Hey c..calm down!" Connor shouted, while me and Colton quickly ducked behind a car nearby. "I told you to keep this shit between us!" Pablo yelled then pointed the gun at Connor. "Listen! Just listen ok?" Connor said then held his hands up. I knew us coming here was a bad idea, we need to get the hell out of here. "No you LISTEN bastard!" Pablo said, then gunshots rang through the air. I was to scared to look at what happened. All I knew was I had to call the police.
