"Yeah, of course!" I replied, knowing damn well I didn't know what she was talking about. "Well I'll bring you guys to your rooms. I hope you don't mind, but they are connected. So you and Landen share one, and Brayden and his brother share one." My mother said, I forgot they don't know we're together. After an eternity of walking through the massive hotel, we made it to our rooms. "I'll see you guys in about two hours, I'm gonna help the planner set up." My mother said then left the four of us alone."How about instead of me and Landen sharing a room, we share one?" I said to Brayden, but he ignored me. He was too busy texting someone on his phone. "Huh?" Brayden said, I don't know why he's so distracted. "Nevermind," I said then opened my suitcase. "Hey why don't we share a room instead of you and Landen?" Brayden asked then tossed his phone of the bed, and hugged me from behind.
"Sounds like a great idea!" I said sarcastically, "I think that's our cue to leave!" Colton said then he and Landen went into the other room, and shut the door. "Is something wrong?" Brayden asked, "No, no I'm just tired from the drive." I said then forced a smile, then Brayden kissed my cheek. "Are you sure you're tired?" Brayden questioned, then started kissing my neck over and over again. "Well I'm not that tired," I responded, then Brayden pushed me back onto the bed. And we started exchanging passionate kisses back and forth. Then he went to slide my tshirt off but I stopped him.
"You know I should probably figure out what i'm gonna wear tonight. I didn't bring another dress or anything, because I didn't know about the dinner." I said then Brayden laid his head down at my stomach. "Is wearing nothing on the table?" Brayden said then we both laughed. "As mush as you'd like that no it's not." I replied, then Brayden looked up at me.
"What if we you know..for a few. And then we could stop by one the of the stores we passed by, and get something." He said then poked his lip out. "Alright fine." I said then he excitingly squealed. "You're a dork," I said then he kissed me. "Only for you," he replied then kissed me again.
Twenty minutes later.
Brayden was in the bathroom and I was getting ready for us to leave. The his phone starting ringing, I looked and it was Mariana. That girl that kept hitting on him at the festival. Why and when did he get her number? That's probably who he's been texting this whole time. I knew I shouldn't have but I unlocked his phone, and saw a bunch of texts between them.I couldn't read them because I head the door knob turning. So I quickly put the phone down, and pretended I was just sitting on the bed. "Hey you ready to go?" Brayden asked, then I nodded. After a few minutes we made it to the store. "Ok we have about one hour before the dinner or whatever starts." Brayden said, "Ohh look at this dress, it's gorgeous!" I said, then Brayden raised his eyebrow.
"You a dress already, great let's check out then." He said then smiled, "First of all it's not my size, second I'd have to try it on!" I said then looked through the dress racks. "All that for one dress?" Brayden said then rolled his eyes. "That's literally what people do when they buy clothes." I responded, then grabbed a dress off the rack and headed for the dressing room.
"How do I look?" I asked Brayden, but he was busy on his phone. "Nevermind," I said then went back into the dressing room. "Wait babe come out again let me see the dress on you!" Brayden said but I ignored him. I don't know what's gotten into Brayden. I hope it's not in my head, but I fell like he's losing interest or something.
"Are you ready to check out?" A worker asked me as I walked out the dressing room. "Yes ma'am," I replied then walked straight past Brayden to check out. "You know this diamond necklace would look lovely with that dress." The cashier said, the necklace was gorgeous but way out of my price range. I know technically I can afford it but I don't need it."It's pretty but no thank you, I think Im spending enough on this dress. Great, I forgot my wallet in the car I'll be right back." I said to the cashier then I walked outside towards the car.
