Little boy,
Wherever you are, I hope you're fine.
Little boy,
I'm sorry you didn't get your chance to shine.
I never knew who you were.
Before this day, you weren't someone I knew about to care.
Little Boy,
you had so many things to do.
Things you missed, about which you have no clue.
Little boy,
I'd just like to say,
wherever you are, I hope you're in the right way.
Little boy,
I'd like to end:
Even in death, there'll always be love to send.

This poem is the most heartfelt thing I've ever written in my whole life. It's about a 5th grader from our school who died of dengue. I did not know who he was. I did not know he existed until our Principal announced his death.I was shocked. The boy had just turned 10 and he had already died. This is my tribute to the boy who never got to know that his friends and family loved him so much. This is to the boy who never had a first kiss. This is to the boy who never experienced life.
This is to the Little Boy.
Wherever you are, I hope you can read this. Rest inLove,
