17: Princess to Goddess

The next day when Tina woke up she held her head as she looked around her then behind to see that Rogue was asleep. She shut her eyes and sighed out as she buried her face against his chest. She soon felt something tugging at her from behind only to look behind her to see that it was Frosch who looked rather jealous. "May I help you?"

"I want to snuggle with Rogue, I always snuggle with him."

Tina grabbed the flying cat by the top of the costume and placed it in Rogue's arms before she got up. It was obvious that she couldn't ever be able to snuggle with him, that she'd have to figure out some other way to get past that if Frosch was always going to be around Rogue. She chose to take a shower and get into better clothes. When she was dressed she walked around only to see the King and queen walking the halls. The king smiled at her. "Morning Tina, how are you feeling?"

"Better now that I'm well rested, thank you. And you, your highness?"

"I'm more than well knowing that my son is a protector of the goddess of magic. It brings me great joy to know that my son interests you so much."

"He'll always be at my side as long as you can keep the tongue on your wife shut." Tina said as she narrowed her eyes at the elder woman

The elder woman averted her eyes in disappointment. "I hadn't known who you were and I apologize for that."

"Whatever, I hope for today to leave out with Rogue to across the ocean to speak with the rest of the kingdoms about what to do with the problem that has arise" Tina spoke

The king nodded his head. "Of course-Of course, I knew your stay here would be short. Do what you must and please do contact me when you are ready to proceed with marrying my son. I do look forward to seeing the day when the wright kingdom and Haran kingdom unite together."

"I will do what I can in time sir, you'll be messaged in haste when all is done for." Tina said with a nod of her head

She then parted ways with the king and queen before making her way down the hall some more. As Tina got close to the dining hall she could hear Rogue calling for her, but she ignored him as she went into the dining hall to eat breakfast. As she went to sit down he hugged her tightly as he nuzzled his head against her neck. "Tina...why didn't you stop?"

"You have a leach near you." She said coldly

"Leach? What are you talking about Tina?"

Again tina felt the tug on her clothes to look down at Frosch who was just staring up at her. She then shut her eyes as she sighed out. "Rogue tell me what is Frosch to you?"

"Frosch is my best friend and my companion...why ask?"

"I was woken up by Frosch because he wanted to snuggle with you when I was, his words were rather demanding. Do you have any idea how that sounded to me-a goddess stuck on the earthly plane that you live in?" Tina asked curiously

Tina felt him stiffen and let go of her before he grabbed Frosch and hugged him as he backed away from her. "What are you going to do with Frosch?"

"Nothing, but if I am to marry you. You're going to need to discipline your friend there not to intervene with time that I have with you or we're not going to have a good time around one another. Do you understand me Rogue?" She said as she looked him dead in the eyes

"Y-Yes...I...I understand."

"Good glad you do, now I'm going to eat before getting my things from the inn that you took me from."
