i wake up to the sun shining in to my room. i rub my eyes. anthony isn't next to me anymore. but i hear the shower running. he probably just got up. i grab my phone off the bedside table. the time is 6:3o am. why do i wake up early. i scroll through instagram liking pictures and reposting stuff. i hear the shower turn off and foot steps. i turn around and see anthony wrapped in a towel soaking wet.
he notices i'm awake. "morning." he says as he walks over to his suitcase to grab clothes. "good morning." i say back to him. "what's the plans for today?" he asks me before going back into the bathroom to get dressed. "i think some of my friends want to see me and meet you, and we have family dinner tonight." i tell he nods then closes the bathroom door. i just lay in bed for longer. i don't feel like waking up today.
about 10 minutes later, anthony walks out of the bathroom all dressed and ready for the day. "you look so cute." i say to him. he smiles and walks over to the bed. he comes over to my side of the bed and lays on the edge next to me. i scoot over. he wraps his arms around me and gives me a kiss on the cheek.
after a few minutes of cuddling, i get up to get dressed and ready for the day finally. i take a shower then i put on this outfit.

once i am dressed i do my hair, makeup a, brush my teeth, and put on some deodorant and perfume. for makeup i do nothing to special for the day. i go with a natural look. i walk out of the bathroom and anthony made the bed for me. "aww beb." i walk over and peck his lips as i put my arm around him. he hugs me.
i grab my phone and we walk downstairs. "good morning mom." i say as i walk into the kitchen. anthony follows behind me. "good morning." avani mom says while making breakfast. "do you guys want to go out for breakfast or do you want me to cook for you?" my mom says. i look at anthony. he shrugs. "i think i'll take him out for breakfast at at corner diner. they have the best pancakes." i say.
my mom nods. "ok my keys are right there." my mom points to the keys in front of me. "thanks mom." i say as we get ready to leave. "oh avani!" my mom stops us from walking out. "you look cute today." she comments. "aww thanks momma." i kiss her cheek. "don't forget to say bye to your sister and your dad!" mom yells to me. ugh.
anthony and i run upstairs. i knock on priya's door. she opens it. "have a good day at school. i love you." i give her a quick hug. "where are you going?" she asks me. "just up to the corner diner for pancakes." anthony and i both laugh. "ok bye have a good day." priya says back to us. i wave.
as we go to walk downstairs my dad comes out of his room. "bye dad! have a good day." i say as anthony and i get downstairs and put our shoes on. "bye guys. see you at family dinner tonight. at 6:30, don't be late." he tells us. i grab my phone, lanyard, and the car keys. "where's shanti?" anthony asks me as we walk out of the house. "she is probably still sleeping." i tell him. he laughs.
"ok i'm driving." i tell him as i run to driver's seat. "i'm nervous." he laughs. "i'm a fine driver. don't worry." i reassure anthony. he rolls his eyes. "i got aux." he says grabbing the aux cord and puts on some music.
