FACT#117: HBO reveals new Season 5 teaser, Three-Eyed Raven website.
Last night, HBO launched a brand new website called ThreeEyedRaven.com. "The Raven Brings The Sight," it told us. Then they proceeded to give us a new teaser trailer for Game of Thrones Season 5.
That trailer, and mild speculation, below.

- Game Of Thrones (@GameOfThrones) November 25, 2014There's only a little bit of new footage here. Arya is dreaming or remembering, primarily last season. We see her killing Rorge, handing over the coin to book passage at the end of last season. Then there's a shot of her trying to grab The Hound's sword in "Two Swords" and then what we know is the new shot: The Doors.
We already knew from earlier scenery shots that Arya would be traveling to the House of Black and White. This seems to suggest she's going to see her future before she gets there. Book readers way remember that once Arya enters the HofB&W, we learn Bran isn't the only gifted Stark, and she too starts having visions, and warging into her wolf Nymeria, who is still alive in the forests of Westeros. Maybe this clip of Arya dreaming is related to some of those flashbacks we've heard tell about? One useful thing about being five seasons into a show-one can go back through one's own footage, and cut and splice shorter term flashbacks with impunity.
The website is curious as well. It remains to be seen if it's just a vehicle for texting or tweeting Season 5 trailers to people who sign up, or if it will be more than that. Either way, I'm signing up to receive The Sight. Are you?
