Seokjin felt as though he was hit with a hammer when his soul woke up again but he didn't have time to register anything as the pain in his neck and body took over instantly.

The hold on him was gone and Seokjin fell down on his knees, holding the side of his neck with gritted teeth. He absolutely didn't understand what was happening other than that he was bitten by a vampire who turned out to be his father when he looked up.

"W-what.." He took a deep breath, one  after the other but he wasn't really breathing, he was just gasping and trying to inhale some air and oxygen into his lungs but it wasn't really working.

Seokjin's heart skipped a beat. It skipped too many as the pain which he thought was subsiding came back again. However, this time the pain was familiar, it was something he felt before but before he could even begin to scream like the time he died in Berlin, he was already out.

It wasn't too long before Seokjin was awake again but this time, instead of waking up in a room where he was locked, he was put in his own old room. It was weird for Seokjin but what was even more weird for him is that he felt just fine, it was as if nothing happened. However, Seokjin knew that what happened wasn't a dream, his father did use his vampire venom on him which should've have stopped his heart from beating and turned him into a full vampire if he's strong enough to turn into one but Seokjin could still feel his heart beating and he still had his tail and wolf ears. It was all weird for him.

Seokjin wasn't going to just stay there on the bed thinking. He got up and opened the door without touching it which kind of surprised him since he was expecting some kind of seal to be on it or on him.

The hybrid was on guard the moment his eyes met his father's who was about to go into his room. They both stood still as they looked into each other's eyes.

"Father..." Seokjin needed to settle things up with his father if he wanted to move forward in his life. He knew that this man held his pride and head up all the time, he never took no as an answer but Seokjin was still willing to give talking a chance.

"Seokjin, where are you in hurry to? Go back in and sit down, we need to talk." Seems like it wasn't only Seokjin who wanted to talk.

When the two sat down, the father started speaking first.

"Since when did you have a spirit controlling you?"

It wasn't a question Seokjin expected to hear. He was confused for he didn't know what his father was talking about.

"A what?.." Well now that Seokjin is thinking about it. He does feel like he was in a long dream that he couldn't remember. His last memories were of the heat he was in so how come he woke up to his father biting his neck? Seokjin felt dumb for a few seconds as he finally understood what happened.

Judging from the confused look on Seokjin's face, his father could tell that Seokjin wasn't aware of his body being in someone else's control "A spirit possessed your body. What is the last thing you remember doing before that happened?"

"Before..?" Seokjin licked his lips as he thought about everything again for a second. "I was speaking with a villager." He began the lie with confidence.

"A villager?"

"Yeah, a little kid I don't know kept on following me everywhere. I couldn't go back home because of him so I was trying to push him away without being suspicious. I don't know what exactly happened. He was started acting weird...Telling me not to go back yet.." He shook his head "You said I was possessed but how many days has it been since then?"

"You better no be lying with these words."

"I'm not."

Throughout Seokjin's talk, the two kept their eyes on the other, both dark but with different intentions behind them. "It's been years. That kid was most likely also possessed by what took over you. I fwhaqt you're saying is true then it must've been a strong spirit. One that seemed to know a lot about you" Weirdly enough for Seokjin, his father didn't seem to be so angry like he always used to be about everything. "We'll have a vampire from the other clan look through your memories. I need to make sure you're not leaving anything out. You've been a good kid and never lied to me but if your words are a lie then you will not be forgiven." If Seokjin wasn't used to his father glaring at him as though he could tell what's exactly in his mind and heart, Seokjin's eyes would have widened in fear but this was his father, he knew him too well that things like deadly glares no longer worked on him.
