Harry made his way to the Gryffindor room he spent four years in. The door pushed open and Harry sat on his former bed. Ron's was left with crumpled sheets and his stuff all over his bed. "Hey Harry..." Seamus said through muffled tears. Dean was sitting on Seamus' bed crying also, Neville lay on his staring at the ceiling motionless. Harry walked over to Ron's bed then opened his trunk. "Seamus, I think he got this because of you." Harry pulls a deflated football from the case throwing it to Seamus letting out a small smile, "he said he wanted to try football at the start of the year... you kept going on about it for like five years..."

The next item was a Wizarding chess set Harry looked at in detail. Anytime a chess set would appear, it reminded Harry of their first year. He remembered Ron sending his Knight to H3. They played Wizarding chess every year at least twenty times at Hogwarts, Ron was always better but Harry liked to think he was improving.

"Here Neville, I think this is for you." It was a bunch of Muggle flowers, Daffodils.

"I told him on the train back that Neville means new town. He must've gotten us this stuff for Christmas but forgot to give them us." Neville said admiring his plants.
"Sounds like something Ron would do. Wow, he got me music sheets for writing my own stuff..." Dean pulled some paper from the pocket.

"How are we going to do this?" Seamus asked, "we see his bed every night. Every night we will be reminded of him... do you think McGonagall can move us rooms?" Seamus stopped sobbing along with everyone else in the room.
"Maybe, we could ask tomorrow morning. You staying, Harry?" Every word they all spoke was slow, like they didn't want to talk but it had to be done. It took Harry long to process he was being asked a question.
"Yeah... yeah I'm staying... I think Dumbledore will announce Ron's... departure in the morning." Harry replied huffing at every pause. "Guys? Come here." They all stood up and Harry wrapped his arms around them. That's when they all cried together, they all stood in a group hug embracing their friendship for the first time. Those three boys were the first actual 'boys' Harry had, they were there for him.

A few minutes later, everyone sat in silence or lay on their beds quietly. Harry stared at the ceiling just reminiscing the memories they shared. Eventually, Harry pulled a wallet of photo's he took from third year onward. Remus gave it to him to capture memories, it was his fathers too. The image at the front was of Hermione and Ron having two butter beers the first time they entered the three Broomsticks. When Harry arrived, Hermione was furious he broke school rules, but Ron calmed her down and they had an amazing time.
Next was of the night the five Gryffindors ate Bertie Botts Jelly Beans. Ron became a lion and roared so loudly they needed to put a silencing charm on their dorm. Percy knocked on a minute or so later, but because of the silencing charm, he thought they were all asleep. Seamus had one to make him act like a pigeon, Neville's turned him into a mouse, and Dean didn't eat any as he was too uptight at the time.
The final one was at the end of the second task. Harry was dripping wet, but Ron and Hermione hugged him anyways. Ron told him it was epic what he did, Hermione told he was stupid, but then said well done.

It wasn't until two am Harry put the images down and went to sleep with happy memories of Ron filling his dreams.

That morning he woke numb, he couldn't remember the day before- maybe because he was still emotionally drained. Why was he in Gryffindor? Where was Draco? Harry started to ask himself. Regretfully, Harry's eyes wondered to Ron's bed. That's why he was Gryffindor common room. One swish of his hand and he was in Slytherin uniform. Nobody else was in the room at the time, it was six fifty meaning everyone would be in the hall by seven.

He saw people giving him sympathetic looks as he walked through the common Room- word spread like a new trend in Hogwarts. Slowly, Harry reached the entrance to the Great Hall but felt arms strangling his neck in a hug. Harry hugged him back at the waist burying his head in the blondes neck. "He's going to talk about it today, you think you're ready?" Draco cupped Harry's face.
