Chapter Twenty Eight

Harry's POV:
"We have our O.W.L.s coming up next week and you're visiting Sirius and Remus?" Hermione scolded Harry.
"Well I think it's a wonderful idea Harry, you get to meet your God brother." Luna defended. Harry, Hermione and Luna were in the library. Hermione was surrounded by books- it was her distraction.

When everyone got back the night of the funeral, Ginny was punished with no Quidditch, even for the holidays, got her pet taken off her, and lectured profusely. He was sent several letters from Mrs Weasley apologising for Ginny's behaviour, one each from Bill, Charlie and Percy and a face-to-face 'sorry for her mate' from the twins. However, not a word was muttered from Ginerva, Draco wasn't complaining, but Harry felt a bit upset about it (even if he tried to mask his disappointment).

"Thank you Luna! Look, I know I'm going to pass Defence Against the Dark Arts with an O. That is literally the only one I need an O in 'Mione. Plus, it's only one day!" Whined Harry, but Hermione wasn't budging.
"I'm not disposing of the fact you'll get an O in Defence Against The Dark Arts, but you need to get Acceptable in potions, transfiguration, charms, History of Magic, Astronomy and Herbology." When she puts it like that, it is a lot. But, that isn't going to stop Harry.

"I don't even need to revise as much as you do. You've taken every subject but Divination you eagerly dropped because you said it's full of rubbish." Harry mimicked her voice, Luna's face fell.
"You know, I don't think it's full of collywobbles. I actually quite enjoy it, but Professor Trelawney is not a seer! She is ruining the real ones because she's a fraud!" This was the only thing Luna ever got frustrated at, it was the only time she actually cared what others thought.

Dean and Seamus wondered over hand in hand. "Couldn't you have waited until the start of next year to get together?" Hermoine complained pulling out fifteen galleons and handing them to Harry. "What? We all knew you'd get together at some point, but neither of you would do anything about it."
"Good to know you support us Hermione." Dean ruffled her hair sitting down on a chair next to Seamus.

"How have you been?" Harry asked giving Hermione the DADA book back she kept pushing in front of him.
"Good, and we've decided to stay in the room, but keep his area the same. We don't want some random first years messing it up." Seamus replied lacing his and Dean's fingers. "What were ya' havin' a go at 'im for?"
She huffed closing the Ancient Ruines book with a loud thud as the pages clashed. "He is going to see his Godparents! We have O.W.L.s next week!"
"It's a good break, anyways he will definitely get an Outstanding in Defence, isn't that the only one he actually needs on O in?" Argued Dean subtly. Seamus agreed leaving Hermione by herself.
"Relax, if it makes you feel better, I will study with you all day tomorrow ok?"

"Harry, don't you have to meet 'your ferret' outside this room in like two minutes?" Hermione teased doing that fake kissing thing. The couple laughed, Luna looked on fondly and Harry's cheeks grew red. He scoffed, rolled his eyes. "That sounded very Malfoyish mate. You're a Slytherin with a Gryffindors courage." Dean laughed.
"That's basically what The Sorting Hat told me in the first sorting." He left them puzzled.
"You're explaining when you get back!" Seamus shouted to his head which Harry struck his finger up to and carried on walking. He heard Madam Prince shush the two Gryffindors and two Ravenclaws.

Draco's POV:
"I can't believe you get the day off Dray! And it's for you to visit family, while we are here studying!" Pansy complained.
"It's incredibly unfair. You're getting away with everything now. Does it feel weird talking to your cousin, the one you never met before this year?" Questioned Blaise. At the moment, they were in Slytherin common room. Pansy was lying in an armchair, her History of Magic book lying on her legs. Blaise was hunched over one of the desks, deeply engaged in one of many essays due in the next day before Draco came in.
