Chapter 8

"I'm so nervous." Sally mumbled to herself while sitting on a very soft matress. She stood up and made her way to a mirror, looking at herself. Wearing a black lingerie and a thick amount of make up. This made her feel like a-

"Whore.." She mumbled again. "Am i that desperate?" she frown to herself.

"That was very impressive, Madam Kalie." Sonic said coldly.

"You know me, sir Sonic. I'd do anything for my business." Madam Kalie grinned. "Its in room 270."

Sonic only nod and slowly made his way to the hallway with a slow pace, hands inside his pockets.

'It was rather way suspicious.' He thought as he stare at the seemingly never ending hallway.

As soon as he reached the said room, he stared at the room number for a moment. Sniffing the scent around him, a familiar smell greeted him.

'Could it be..' His eyes hardened on the door.

Indeed. The person who's at the other side of the door was none other than Sally Acorn. His secretary.

It's been an hour now..

"Sally didn't leave the establishment yet.." Amy mumbled, still hiding to her hiding place.

And she was about to look again, there she saw her savior and a red echidna walking inside.

"What the.." Her eyes widened. "D-don't tell me.."

Ring ring ring

"What now." Amy quickly answered her phone, not looking who the caller is.

"Hello?" She whispered.

"Rose? Why on earth are you whispering?" Shadow replied.

"Uh well. Blaze is already asleep. So we don't want to disturb her."

"I'm in your dorm. With Silver and Blaze."

Oh drat.

"I have to g-go. Bye!"

Shadow scowled at his phone as soon as he heard Amy hung up.

"What's wrong?" Silver asked, sitting side by side with Blaze.

"Nothing." He simply said. "I'm leaving."

And with that, Shadow stood up grabbing his helmet and left the dorm.

Sonic twist the door know with his left hand and saw what welcomed him.

He was right after all.

Sally Acorn was sitting on the bed, starring back at him with wide eyes.

"S-sonic." He heard her mumbled.

He didnt say anything. He closed the door and left the room heading back to Madam Kalie with a threatening aura.

"I didn't expect you'd betray my trust, knowing you're part of my clan." His gaze on the old lady hardened.

"I-i apologize s-sir Sonic." Madam Kalie apologized. "But-"

"I believe i didn't ask for any explanation. Have i?" He said about to exit the establishment.

"Y-yes sir.."

As soon as he exited the place, he pull out his phone and texted Knuckles.

"Damn. Shadow will scold me later." Amy facepalmed.

Although, as soon as she heard the door open, her gaze went back to the said building and saw an unexpected person.

The same person who saved her and customer.  The blue hedgehog.

Sighing deeply. A scent doesn't escape his sense of smell.

A familiar scent, indeed.

Standing completely near his car, he take a huge inhale of the aroma. Sweet. Leaning on his car, he kept his hands inside his pockets while he let his eyes roam the place.

'She's here.' He thought. Until he saw the glimps of pink behind the bushes. A small smirk made its way to his lips.

Amy squeak a little as she lock gaze with him.

'He found me!'

'He'd think i'm stalking him!'

But, as she saw him took a step towards her location. Her heart started beating fast.

'Oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no!!'

She decided to face away and ignore him.

Sonic smirked at her reaction. It was cute and very attractive. Seeing that on her face makes him feel like he wanted to have her.

"What does a pretty lady like you, doing in there." Sonic said and looked down at her.

Amy slowly looked up at him with a red face. "W-well.."

Sonic chuckled. "It's alright. I won't bite."

"I'm s-sorry. Haha." Amy sweat dropped as her face turning even more red.

"If you keep going to places like that, you'd get yourself more in danger. I won't be there to protect you again." He said as his gaze softened at her.

"Y-yeah.. Well. That's m-me." Amy didnt know what to say. She stood up facing him.

He's taller than her. Taking this opportunity, he let his eyes explore her figure. An hour glass figure, a beautiful face, a soft quills, and her very entracing emerald eyes like his. This is no girl infront of him. This is a woman.

And he knew very well that he want her.

Amy shyly stepped out of the bushes and stood beside him while she dust the leaves off her shoes. As she looked up, she saw his intense gaze on her, making her turn red onxe again. Don't get me wrong. She knew he looked so attractive.

As Shadow drove his motorcycle, he saw her. Standing infront of someone.

The same hedgehog who's staring intensely at her while she's taking their order.

He immediately drove way to them. As soon as he reach them, he never hesitated to call out her name.

"Rose."

Amy, hearing her name being called. She looked behind Sonic, seeing Shadow still sitting on his motorbike waiting for her.

"S-shadow!" Amy said surprised.

Sonic turned around, seeing the same hedgehog he saw with her, making her laugh. Almost immediately, his gaze on him turned into glare.

Same as Shadow, glaring back at Sonic.

"Amy, get on." Shadow commanded.

She knew she's in trouble. Whenever Shadow called her by her firstname, she knew he's serious. She walked way to his motorbike and he handed him the extra helmet, not taking his gaze off Sonic.

As he felt her hopped on, he turned on the engine and take off.

Sonic, not taking his eyes off them glare coldly as they slowly out of his sight.

"Amy Rose."
