"So, Amy are you excited to go to Juilliard?" asked Drew's mom]

"Yeah, I'm excited but I'm also a little nervous"

"Oh, you'll do fine honey, I'm just so glad you and Drew are back together again, you deserve each other"

I blushed and Drew grabbed my hand

"Yeah, so am I" I said and looked into Drew's eyes, he smiled at me

"So have you and Drew talked about how you're going to make your relationship work. After all you two are going to be so far apart with you at Juilliard and Drew at Harvard"

"What, Drew's going to Harvard? I didn't know that, why didn't you tell me Drew" I said turning to him

"Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't know Drew didn't tell you yet"

"Drew?" I asked looking at him. he was looking at his shoes

"Thanks a lot mom" he whispered

"Drew, why didn't you tell me you got accepter to Harvard?"

"I, well, I don't know Amy, I just..., I don't know. Don't be mad at me" he said looking at me with pleading eyes

"Drew, I'm not mad at you, I'm happy for you, I'm just a little disappointed you didn't tell me"

"I'm sorry Amy" he said looking at me pleadingly again

"It's ok Drew, I'm happy for you" I said and kissed his nose. I saw his mom smile in the rear view mirror. I guess Drew saw too because he smiled at his mom.

We pulled into the parking lot of the restaurant. I slipped my gown off and smoothed out my dress. Drew gasped and leaned forward. I put my finger on his lips and shook my head.

"Later" I whispered and got out of the car. I saw Chase and Kyle walking over to the door or the restaurant. She was wearing a strapless navy blue dress with silver circles on it and a bow around the waist. The dress complimented her long blonde hair and she had on navy blue eye shadow and eyeliner. Kyle was wearing a navy blue dress shirt and kaki's. I walked over to them.

"Amy, I love your dress" said Chase

"Thanks, I love yours too"

We walked over to the entrance and waited for the other people to arrive. About five minutes, Daniel and my parents showed up with Chase, Kyle, and Drew's parents. We went inside and were showed to our table by a waitress that Daniel seemed to take a liking to. I nudged his shoulder.

"Stop staring, I think you're scaring her" I laughed

"I'll work on the digits later"

I laughed and sat by Drew and Chase who was sitting next to Kyle who was sitting by his parents who were sitting by Chase's parents who were sitting by my parents and Daniel who was sitting by Drew's parents who were sitting by him. After we were all seated, the 'hot' waitress as Daniel said took out drink orders. We all sat talking for a while.

"So, Chase, I hear you can Kyle are going to Stanford together" said my mom

"Yeah" she replied, "We start in four months" she said and looked at Kyle who looked like he just saw a ghost. "Kyle, are you ok?" asked Chase

"Yeah, I'm fine. I'm just excited about um... Stanford" he said and took a gulp of water

Chase grabbed his hand and squeezed it

"Here are your drinks" said the waitress and passed out our drinks. Daniel said thanks and winked at her. She blushed and I rolled my eyes. Leave it to Daniel to flirt his ass off at a waitress. We ordered out dinner a little while later and Kyle seemed to get worse.

"Excuse me, I'll be right back" he said and walked toward the bathroom 

I got up out of my seat and followed him. "I'll be right back"

My parents gave me a questioning look but I ignored it and followed Kyle. I followed him over to where the bathrooms were and stopped him

"Kyle, what gives, you look like you saw a ghost!"

"Amy, I'm freaking out! I am freaking out!" he said putting his hands on his head and started pacing.

"Kyle, please calm down, everything is going to be fine, I promise but you need to calm down a little bit, you're starting to scare everyone"

"I'll try Amy but I'm just so nervous"

"Just calm down, everything is going to be fine"

"I'll try" he said and walked back to the table. I followed him and sat down. Chase gave me a death glare.

"What?" I whispered

"Amy, can I talk to you in private?" she asked getting up

"Umm, sure" I said and got up and followed her into the girls bathroom. There was no one in there. She opened the door for me and I walked in. she followed and locked the door behind her.

"Ok, what do you want to talk about?" I asked raising an eyebrow

"What are you doing with Kyle?!" she almost screamed

"Chase, keep your voice down, people might wonder why the bathroom door is locked and there are two girls screaming" I hissed

"Don't change the subject!" she screamed. "I want to know what is going on between you and Kyle!"

"What? That's what this is about! There is nothing going on between me and Kyle!"

"Well then how do you explain how worried he's been this past week, how do you explain that you keep pulling him aside and talking to him about something? Well!"

I almost gasped. Chase was getting jealous of me talking to Kyle!? I was with Drew, how could she think I was 'seeing' him. this was crazy.

"Well?!" she demanded again

"I, I can't tell you" I said looking at the ground

"Oh, you can't tell me can you, why not!? Why is it so important that you can't tell me!"

"I, I just can't. You'll see soon enough though"

"Oh, well until then, then I guess were not friends anymore because obviously you cant tell me these things and I'm your best friend!" she screamed. She walked over to the door, unlocked it and stormed out. I groaned, this was ridiculous! I walked back to the table and sat down stabbing the rest of my food with my fork. Kyle gave me a questioning look but I gave him a don't worry about it look. I turned to Drew.

"What was that about?" he whispered

"Chase got mad because I wouldn't tell her what I was talking to Kyle about and she got jealous because she thought I was 'seeing' Kyle" I whispered quietly enough so Chase wouldn't hear.

"Oh, wow, well I hope she'll come to her senses. How could she think that? She knows you're with me"

"I don't know" I sighed

The waitress came back and took our empty plates and we got a mud pie to share between all of us. After we were almost done, I saw Kyle give me a look that said 'it's time'  he stood up shakily and looked over at his parents who gave him a smile and then at Chase.

"Kyle, what's going on?" asked Chase who looked confused as hell

"It's ok Chase, I just have something to say" he said and turned to face everyone at the tables around us. "Can I have everyone's attention please!" he shouted.

The room when quiet and everyone turned to look at him. He grabbed Chase's hand and stood her up. She still looked confused as hell.

He got down on one knee and Chase's mouth popped open. She turned to look at me and I gave her a huge smile. She turned back to Kyle

"Chase Gaden, from the moment I first saw you, I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you. I promise I will make you happy and spend every second I can with you. Will you do me the honor of become my wife?"
