Walking along the shore was one of my most favorite things to do. Especially under the starry, quiet night sky. I stopped by the docks, turning my gaze to the endless dark blue sky. I sigh and look down past the shore, locking eyes with a tall, slim man walking my way. With a smile on his face he approaches, leisurely waving his hand. I smile and we both sit down on the pier, looking out to the sea. "Sorry I tried to hurry but those pesky guards were all around town." I nod and grin as an apple slides from his pocket. I snatch it before he can and hold it out in front of him. "Maybe if you didn't steal they'd leave you alone." I say mockingly and he laughs. "As if! They always find an excuse to pester me. Maybe it's my looks, too much for them to handle so they have to lock me in!" He sais jokingly and I can't help but laugh too. But it's cut short by distant thunder and I look up yet again. Only some stars remaing, the rest being covered by thick black thunder clouds." We should probably go. Or do you prefer getting wet?" I raise an eyebrow at him and he just grins. We start walking back to the city, towards home. "Asra's out for another one of his journeys. If you want you could have his spot." Julian's cheeks turn red and he caughs. "Uhm, I don't want to be a bother." I shake my head at him. "You know you're not." I grasp his hand as we walk and he tries to hide a smile. The stars now completely gone, darkness sets upon us. But we soon reach the streets and lanterns lead our way through the streets until we reach the small shop. Julian squints up at the clouds one last time before entering after me. The previous thunder doesn't sound so distant anymore and all of a sudden the sky breaks. I can hear the rain drumming on the roof. I walk to the fire place and light a little flame. I turn all the lights on with my magic and Julian looks at me, still as amazed as ever. "I still can't get over how you do all of that." I smile and take his hand, leading him towards the backroom. I make him sit at the table and sit down next to him. He looks at me, then to the deck of cards. "So what will you tell me about myself that I don't yet know?" Julian smiled and I chuckle as his expression turns to confusion as I push the cards aside to the other side of the table. "Were not going to do that today. I know something you'd enjoy way more~" I say teasingly and presses his back against the wall behind us. "Uh.. I-I don't know if.." His voice turns soft and he looks like a mess. His face is red, and he bites his lip, trying to think of ways to respond. But before he can, I grab his hands and slowly scurry closer to him. My leg touches his and he seems to tense up. My side is pressed against his and I can feel his heartbeat fasten and his body temperature rise. I lean in closer to his face and whisper to him. "It might get a little hot, if it does, just tell me~ Try to relax." I smirk as he parts his lips, but soon closes them. His loss for words and messiness actually make me chuckle. He's so cute. I hold his hands closer to my body and all of a sudden a small flame appears over Julian's palms. I can feel energy surging through me, connecting with his hands, flowing through his own body. His heart seems to leap out of his chest as he tries to pull his hands from mine. I laughand shake my head, holding onto his now kinda shaky hands. "Nuh-uh, you did it when we were in the tower, you have it in you." He closes his eyes, taking a deep breath. "You sure know how to make me quiver and my heart shake." He said, looking up at me with a smirk. Of course he has to gain his confidence back. But I know he's still nervous. "Fine. Close your eyes and-" "But don't we need that graph?" He interrupts me and I smile at him sweetly. "That was for you to understand the concept better. Everyone has different ways of understanding and using magic. For you it was the more logical way, breaking the concept of magic down so your mind would understand. We don't need it this time, I assure you." He nods and tries to relax his shoulders." So try to relax and close yo-"" But what if-" "Julian." My voice gets a bit louder and he sighes. "Sorry... Guess I'm just nervous, huh..." I let go of one of his hands and touch his cheek. I turn his face towards mine and smile. "If you do it you'll get a treat. And even if it won't work I won't think less of you. I want this to be an experience for you, not a task you have to complete." He smiles and holds my hand. "Maybe if I get a kiss to cheer me on I'll have more courage." Without a second thought I lean in and kiss him passionately. He's cought by surprise but his hands soon find their way to my hips. All of a sudden I'm lifted up and find myself in his lap. I brake the kiss for a second and my voice ends in a whisper." Julian... A kiss was all you asked for." My voice is barely audible but the way he smirks let's me know that he heard me. His hands push me against him, his hands resting on my hips. I let out a soft sigh, feeling the heat of his body. With one hand he lifts my shirt slightly, and my skin is exposed for him to see. He carefully lays me down on the corner sofa and lowers his head towards my exposed tummy. I gasp as his lips trace up until they reach my ribs. He stops and looks up at me. Now I'm the mess and he's got his courage back. My mind races and I think of an idea. "Julian, if you show me how hot you can be I'll definitely not be able to control myself~" I give him the look that sais everything and he chuckles, sitting down on my stomach, careful as to not squish me too much. I feel energy flowing through my belly up his body as he holds his hands out in front of me. He closes his eyes, concentrating. As if on cue, a small flame forms in his palms and we both smile at the success. But after a few seconds the flame extinguishes and he slumps his shoulders. I lean forward, trying to kiss him but he pushes me back down softly and smirks as he sits on top of me. "Hm I think we'll have a lot of fun tonight. At least I want to make sure your body heats up as much as mine did." He sais with a smirk and I blush, leaning back, letting him take control.
