Erratic: Chapter 29: Operation Day

I opened the door to Macy's room and saw Chase and Macy who are just talking and laughing with one another and neither of them seem to notice my presence. It kinda hurts to see that Macy is happy with someone else but then I remember that Macy needs me. She's not that happy without me. She needs me. She's incomplete without me. Soon she's going to notice that I'm the person that she loves. She's going to realise that she doesn't need Chase.

Chase probably planned all of this anyway. He probably planned how he could take Macy away from me so that he could finally make a move on her. He knows that she has feelings for him and he's using it as his advantage. Oh well Chase, you got your precious moments with Macy, enjoy it while you still can because soon enough Macy will know that she loves me and she would leave you and ignore you. I cleared my throat making my presence knowing to the both of them.

"Hi Beau!" Macy greets with a wide smile on her face.

"Hey." I say as I moved towards her and kisses her cheek, catching her off guard.

I looked towards Chase and nodded at him as my greeting and he returned the nod.

"Why are you here? Not that I don't want you here but why are you here since.....you know..." Macy trails off. What she means is why am I here since Chase is with her and she knows that I still dislike Chase.

"Your operation is on a few minutes, I just wanted to tell you and kind of tell you to stay strong through it all." I tell her.

"Aww. Thanks, I will. I mean I already had a lot of words of encouragement from Chase...."Macy trailed off. Oh.

"I mean... I mean NOTHING! Hehe.." she tries to cover up.

A knock came onto the door and the doctor came in with a wheelchair along with Macy's family.

"Macy, it's time for your operation." The doctor informs Macy.

Macy's Mum went ahead and hugged Macy as she whispering things into her ear, probably words of encouragements and that she needs to stay strong through this operation.

Then Macy's Dad, Macky and Max hugged her and they did the same thing that Macy's Mum had done.

I then went ahead and hugged her.

"Stay strong Macy. Do it for us. You can do this. I know you're strong enough to survive through this." I whispered into her ear.

"I'll try." Macy tells me.

It's been 2 hours after Macy's surgery and it was fortunately successful. I literally prayed for the entire 1 hour and a half whilst Macy was in the operation room. We were just waiting for Macy to wake up. I saw Macy wiggle around her bed and her brown eyes opened.

She rubbed her hands around her eyes and tiredly spoke, "Where's Chase?"

She must love him so much even though she hasn't realised that she loves him yet. Oh well... she will never know that she loved Chase because I will make sure that I'm going to be the first person that she'll realise that she loves.

"Didn't you know?" I asked her.

"Didn't I know what?" She asked back with a confused expression.

"Chase... He have you his heart." I revealed.

"Wh-What?...H-He what?... I didn't know that I needed another heart to replace my own. I thought they just needed to close up my heart." She stuttered.

"You didn't." I said.

"What?" She asked incredulously.

"I'm just kidding. He just went to the bathroom." I told her before bursting into fits of laughter.
