Erratic: Chapter 16: Getting Ready for the Sweet 16-Birthday Party

 A huge cheesecake?

A gigantic chocolate dipped strawberry?

A waterfall of blue gatorade?

I have no idea where to go first... do I swim in the waterfall of blue gatorade or do I eat the cheesecake or the strawberry. I don't know. Let's just go with the flow. I began to run off to the cheesecake and I swiped my pointer finger into the cheesecake and had a taste of it... hmmm.. butterscotch flavoured cheesecake. I snapped a part of the biscuit base and began eating it.. this is the life.

I then jumped into the waterfall of blue gatorade. It feels so good here. *relaxed sigh* I got out of the waterfall and made my way to the best thing ever. The massive chocolate dipped strawberry. I probably would not be able to bite both the chocolate AND the strawberry. *sarcastic sigh* The struggles in my life. Does anyone in here have a spoon? I looked around and out of thin air, I saw Chase holding a spoon up and smiling. I smiled at the spoon as Chase walked up to me. Once he was near me, I immediately snatched the spoon off of him. I turned and dug the spoon into the big chocolate dipped strawberry. I got a spoonful of it and opened my mouth to taste the deliciousness, the spoon made its way into my mouth in slow motion and then...

"LIL SIS!!! WAKE UP!!" I heard Max's voice call out and then someone shook my body like I was some kind of snow globe. Damn it I was about to eat my most favourite thing in the world.

I opened my eyes and it met Macky's brown ones. Once he saw that I opened my eyes he released me carelessly and then took something from my bed side table. I sat up and then Macky pushed a bowl of chocolate dipped strawberry my way. 

"Happy 16th Birthday Lil Sis!! Here's your favourite to start your day off. Better relax right now because you will be busy later." Macky greeted.

"Oh man! Thank you! Thank you! This could I guess replace what my dream was." I thanked. My brothers looked at me with one of their eye brows raised.

"What are you-" Max started

"I dreamt about a building sized cheesecake and chocolate dipped strawberry and a waterfall of blue gatorade." I interrupted.

My brother dropped their raised eyebrows and then nods their head, understanding what I was previosuly talking about.

"Well we better leave you be and don't worry, we have gifts for you, we're just gonna give them to you along with the other people's on your birthday later." They bid as they went off to wherever they're going.

So today is my 16th birthday if you can't already tell. My family planned a huge sweet 16-birthday party and they didn't let me help plan anything they just asked for the things that I want like the colour theme of my party. I didn't really want a big sweet 16 because what I really want is a special debut on my 18th birthday, so last Friday, when they told me about the big sweet 16-birthday party, I immediately rejected their plan. However, they used the pity card on me later on asking me stuffs like: 'So you'll just put our effort on making the invitations into waste?', 'So you don't care about the money we used to reserve the venue?' and 'It's alright... I mean we didn't reserve the venue, cancel our plans for that day, invite the most important people in your life, bought a bunch of your favourite things, hire a DJ, a cameraman to capture your whole birthday party and a photographer to have professional looking photos for the night and also, hire a professional make-up artist and hair stylist.'... I remember rolling my eyes at them and exasperatedly saying ‘Fine.’ They legitimately pounced on me and then jumped around in joy. Then suddenly my Mum stopped jumping and my Dad, Macky and Max went silent.
