"Aaaaaaaaaahhh! ONIICHAN!!!" Kyojuro takes unconscious Yoru from Giyuu and lays Yoru down onto the futon gently. His yukata is loose, revealing a lot of scratches but what's worrying everyone is the bloodstain on his cheeks, as if he's crying blood instead of normal tears. He also notices that Yoru's skin is redder than his usual slightly pale skin. Kyojuro places his right palm onto Yoru's forehead. "*Gasp*!!!"
"Kyojuro-Kun, what's wrong with Yoru-Kun?!! Is it serious?!!" Obanai places the backside of his palm onto Yoru's neck. His hand jerks back instantly. "Ow! Too hot! What kind of fever is this?!!"
"Uh... I'll get some water..." Giyu said his first word... well, not technically. He wants to be cooperative since he didn't help Yoru fight earlier.
"No need to young man. I've prepared these." The old lady suddenly appears with a bucket of water and two clean towels.
"Huh? Uh... t-thanks?" Giyu ignores his stuttering and proceeds to give those stuff to Kyojuro. He thanked him and immediately wipe the bloodstain and apply the wet towel onto Yoru's forehead. The old woman disappears as she closed the sliding door.
"What happened to him?" Sabito is the first one to ask. After all, Yoru is considered one of the strongest slayers in Demon Slayer Corps. Seeing him in this condition makes Sabito worry about his friends' safety, who are nowhere near Yoru's level.
"H-he faced a very powerful demon. Upper Moon One to be exact. I'm only able to pick him up after the demon left." Giyu breaks his eye contact. Sabito, Kyojuro and Obanai are now observing him.
"Upper Moon One? And yet, he's still alive? That's utterly impossible. What's his business?" Obanai crosses his arms. Kaburamaru is still on his shoulder. He then observes Yoru's wounds. "Upper Moon One is supposed to be the strongest demon in Twelve Demon Moons. He could kill a Pillar easily in one vs one battle. But Yoru only seems to have minor scratches, nothing serious except for his bloody 'tears'. Do you know why Guys?" Obanai averts his gaze towards Guys.
Giyu gulps and tries to arrange his next words. "Uh, a-actually... the demon was being easy on him. He s-spared Yoru b-because..." Giyu can't continue because he remembered the blue skeletal monster. He's afraid that he'll activate Yoru's curse unintentionally. Seeing that Giyuu is spacing out, Sabito taps his shoulder. Sabito's action jolts Giyuu and he blurts out the words without thinking, "The demon took a liking to him!"

"EEEEEEHHH?!! WHAT DID YOU SAY?!!" Sabito hugs himself, horrified of what he just heard. Obanai turns into anime rock. He curses himself for asking that question.
