Stepping out of my room, the hallway was silent. I made my way to Seonghwa's room and placed my hand on the door knob.

I really shouldn't be doing this.

Despite the thought that lingered in my head, I pushed the door open anyway. The crisp white sheets on his bed was messy and a pile of clothes lay on the floor near his night stand.

I tip toed around his room, making sure none of the boys downstairs could hear me. Searching through his draws, my phone wasn't in sight. I checked his night stand and again, nothing. The last place to look was in his wardrobe, if it wasn't in here then all hope is gone. Swinging the doors open, I began checking through the suit jackets in case he had it placed in his pockets. I placed my hand in one of pockets and felt a square object. It was my phone!

The battery life had decreased but my phone was in perfect condition. The lock screen displayed a picture of my tabby cat who sadly passed not too long ago, I smiled at the photo before unlocking the device.

5 messages, 2 missed calls

Is that it?

I've been gone for 4 days now, and that was it?

I opened the phone app to see who's calls I missed. One from my mother and one from my tutor Jiyin. My mother's call was from the night I was taken and Jiyin's call was from yesterday morning when I would of had my history class with her.

I frowned at my phone as I opened the messages.

That Mingi boy was cute, Let me know how it goes!

Ah, my mother must only assume that I went home with Mingi that night but that was it. No other messages from my parents appeared on the screen. The rest was from Jiyin.

Just as I was about to open the messages from her, I felt a hand grab a fistful of my hair and pull hard. My phone felt to the floor whilst a gasp left my mouth.

The pressure off my hair fell as my body spun around harshly. My eyes squeezed tightly whilst a hand grasped around my throat and I was soon pushed against the wardrobe. I opened my eyes as I gasped for air only to making eye contact with Seonghwa.

The pressure on my throat was a lot but I could still breathe. His forehead pressed against mine whilst keeping his gaze locked on mine. The emotionless look on his face scared the shit out me, this was a bad idea because now I'm going to die to the hands of Seonghwa.

"What the fuck do you think you're doing?" He hissed.

Salty tears stung my eyes, I tried to speak but no words spilt from my mouth.

"Answer me when I fucking speak!" He screamed in my face.

I could feel his grip tightening around my throat, cutting off my air flow. My feet almost lifted off the ground at this point.

My hands found their way up to my throat and clawed at his hands trying to let go. A sadistic smile crept onto his lips as he let go.

I gasped for air as I crashed to the floor then began to cough frantically. Holding my throat in comfort, Seonghwa knelt by myself and picked up my phone before throwing it at the wall. I watched it collide and it was sure to be broken. My tears kept falling and my throat burned.

"Try that shit with me again Lilah, I swear to god I'll fucking kill you" he whispered into my ear.

Ever since the moment with Seonghwa earlier I stayed in my room. My pillow was damp with warm tears and I was still holding my throat. The knock at my door even made me flinch.

"I was wondering-" His soft voice spoke.

"God what happened Lilah?" Yeosang added, rushing over to my bed.

He pushed the hair out of my face, which revealed a fresh purple bruise on the side of my throat. Yeosang sighed, looking down at his hands. I remained silent the entire time, so many thoughts ran through my head. I don't know if I was upset because Seonghwa basically almost killed me or if because my parents didn't give a fuck.

Next thing I know, I was pulled into a warm, friendly embrace. He patted my head whilst I cried into his chest.

"It'll be okay, you just can't piss him off you know?"

I understood, I could tell that Yeosang was angry with Seonghwa but at the end of the day, that was his boss and he always had to side with him.

I looked up at the platinum haired boy and he showed a reassuring smile. 'You'll be okay' he mouthed whilst wiping the tears away from my swollen eyes.

"We have a meeting in 15 minutes so go get some food and cheer up okay?" He said whilst giving me one more squeeze.

I nodded my head slowly, my neck still aching slightly and left the room with Yeosang.

An hour had passed and I was sat in the living room watching a pointless TV show. The living room decor matched the rest of the house apart from the room was wallpapered with black and grey strips. The large sofa was placed in the centre of the room and on the wall a flat screen was hung.

I heard footsteps trample down the stairs and before I could even turn my head San and Wooyoung jumped on the sofa next to me.

My mood from earlier had lifted slightly, I tried not to dwell on the situation. It wasn't my place to ask but I really wanted to know what the meeting was about.

I looked over at San and Wooyoung who was having their own conversation. I placed a finger on my lip trying to find the courage to ask.

Wooyoung happened to catch me staring, making him chuckle slightly.

"Something on your mind Lilah?"

My eyes winded slightly.

"What was that all about?" I mumbled, slouching back into the sofa.

I noticed San raise his eyebrow before he loosely shrugged.

"We're going back to Youngjo's place tonight, So you'll be here with Seonghwa" he smiled, showing his dimples.

I felt my palms become clammy and a nervous giggle fell through my lips.

"W-why?" I stuttered.

Wooyoung ruffled my hair, making my blonde hair messy.

"They owe us a lot of money Lilah, this isn't a game. Youngjo was a warning and now that he's dead his men need to hand over our money. If they don't, Seonghwa won't stop until they're all dead"

I frowned as San spoke. Surely there was other ways to deal with this instead of murder.

"When do you go?" I mumbled whilst looking down at my hands.

I didn't want to be alone with Seonghwa, especially now he was already pissed with me.

"We're just waiting for the boys to get their stuff" Wooyoung spoke.

I chewed at my bottom lip feeling nervous. Sighing heavily I nodded my head.

Just on cue, I heard Mingi shout.

"Let's go!"

San and Wooyoung smiled at me as they rose from the sofa and headed out of the living room.

"We won't be long!" San shouted in my direction.

I waved goodbye to him and returned back to the TV.

Now if only I could just watch TV and not have to deal with Seonghwa my night would be perfectly fine.

That wasn't the case.

Just when I thought I was safe I felt a tall body lean over from behind the sofa. He pressed his lips to the top of my ear.

"Now do you want to tell me what you was planning on doing with your phone?"
