Bailey walked around the mall with max (not starcourt, a mall that no one really goes to)
She was nervous
She wasn't ready for tomorrow
But she had to do it
"Is it scary?" Bailey asked the girl "I mean-no, maybe when it's your first time but other than that no" max explained "but it's too many people" bailey said "yea, we'll you have powers and no one would know that just by looking at you, just control yourself" max said "and plus you'll have someone from the party with you all day" max said "how do you know" bailey said while smiling "because we made sure it was happening" max said with a smirk
"What's that face for?" Bailey said "no reason" max said "I wish I could read your mind" bailey said "I'm glad you can't" she said and the girl laughed
Bailey then picked up a pink sweater "I'm getting this" bailey said happily "el would have loved this!" Bailey added "Yea, she would" max said while smiling thinking of the girl
"I talked to her yesterday, she's also starting school tomorrow, so is will" bailey said and max nodded "she called me too, she sounded nervous" Max said "Yea, I'm super nervous, I've never been to school-I think I'm too stupid, I won't know anything" Bailey panicked "bails, don't say that about yourself, you're very smart-who learned full on English in a year-Maybe less than a year" max said and bailey smiled "I mean I knew english, but I still don't know big words that you guy use" bailey said
"And that's perfectly fine, school is a place where you can learn 'big' words also you can learn from us" max said while putting air quotes around the word 'big'

"Bailey! Wake up for the 4th time" Dustin groaned and bailey sighed "I heard you the first" she said and he looked at her "then why didn't you wake up the first time?" He said "I hate getting up early" she whined "then get used to it, that's the part of school" Dustin said "fine" bailey said as she got up
She sighed as she got up
She walked into the bathroom and splashed her face with a little water
She brushed her teeth and washed her face and walked back into her room
She put on her new jeans, a white shirt, and a random sweater she found from the store

She brushed her long hair up into a ponytail
She then put it in a bun and grabbed her socks and put on her shoes
"Bails, Lucas and Max are here, you ready?" Dustin asked while coming into her room "yep" she said and she grabbed her backpack and walked out of her room
"Hey guys" bailey said to her friends "hey" Lucas and max said in unison "next stop, mikes" Dustin said and they nodded while walking with their bikes "you guys can ride, I'll walk" she said and they looked at the girl "that would be rude" max said and she shook her head "it's not, I mean I'm telling you that you can ride without me, I'll catch up" she said "really?" Lucas asked "yeah" bailey said with a laugh and they all hopped on their bikes and skateboard
Max held Lucas' hand as he boosted her speed on her skateboard she then let go riding fast
Bailey smiled as she followed behind her friends
She walked quickly trying to catch up
She looked around at the world
It felt different because she knew her dad or sister and closest bestfriend wasn't here
But she just pushed it aside and walked after her friends
They soon made it to mikes and waited for the door to open
Bailey looked waited next to Dustin
The door soon opened and mike walked out with his bike
"Hey mike" the party said in unison, we'll except for bailey, she was too busy observing the boy
"Let's go" mike said and they all nodded bailey started walking behind them as mike turned around to see bailey walking
"Wait guys-what about bails?" He asked and they all looked back at mike
"Bailey said she was fine with walking" Dustin said and mike closed his eyes
"School starts in a few more minutes" mike said "it's baileys fault she doesn't like waking up" Dustin said and the party laughed including bailey
"Wanna ride?" Mike asked bailey and she nodded nervously
Mike scooted up on his bike and patted his seat
Bailey climbed on the back and the party starting wiggling their eyebrows
Mike and bailey rolled their eyes playfully at their friends
Max, Lucas, and Dustin all rode as mike begin to ride he stopped
He grabbed baileys hands and wrapped them around him "you have to hold on" mike said while laughing "oh, yeah-Sorry" Bailey said with a little laugh
"Hold on tight" he said "ok" bailey said as her cheeks on her face grew red by the minute
