Bailey sat on the couch while writing a note

It was late, but she couldn't sleep after her dream

She had to finish the mindflayer off before it got serious

She grabbed a coat and put it in

She quietly went out of the basement door and looked at her surroundings

She didn't see any suspicious people so she started walking

She walked fasted by the minute, she didn't know how long the walk would be but she was willing to get there

She walked from brimborn to the market, so it wasn't anything new

The next morning

Mike eyes opened his eyes and stretched immediately

He looked around to see light outside

He sighed and closed his eyes again and turned over

He was still tired so he was not ready for the day at all

Bailey sat on the ground while sighing

She had been walking for 4 hours and she could barely see the brimborn building

She estimated about an hour until she got to the building

She wasn't happy about it because her feet was in pain

But she knew she had to keep walking

She sighed and stood up and started walking again

She then heard a familiar noise and she ran behind a tree

She watched as the car quickly went past her

Every once in a while a car would pass by and bailey would hide, she didn't want anyone seeing her or trying to offer her a ride

She walked back on the side of the road and started her trip again

Mike finally got up and stretched

He went to the bathroom and used the bathroom

He brushed his teeth and washed his face and exited the bathroom

He walked downstairs

It was empty and quiet, no one was up yet

Mike opened the basement door and walked down slowly trying to make no noise just in case bailey was still asleep

He saw no one and his eyebrows furrowed

He walked down and looked at the table to see a piece a paper

He grabbed the paper and read it

Mike, I'm not in the house because of my dream. In my dream I was in the brimborn and the mindflayer was still here, I'm testing if my dream was right. I might be wrong, but I'm not taking no for an answer, my dream of brenner coming true now makes me think that my dreams come true. So i just want you to know that I'm safe and I'll be back soon.
