Tadashi's POV

I'll show El that I'm faster than the rest without using the winds to teleport

HM's Office is on the top floor of the main building and that means I have to climb 5 floors.

I just entered the main building, I glanced back and saw Jayce approaching fast behind me. Then suddenly I tripped into something causing me to fall face first, I looked at where I tripped and saw a lump on the floor. Damn you Jayce.

"Better watch where you're going HAHAHAHA," He said and ran past me.

I smirked, "You think I'll just let this pass?" I said and commanded the winds to speed up my pace and in no time I managed to outrun him.

" Hey, not fair!" He shouted behind me

"You're the one to talk, you started it"

I felt something grabbed and covered my mouth but I managed to remove it

"you're so noisy" 

Behind me, I saw Kei.

"what're you doing here?"

"Racing"

Racing! I never expected that. He always shadow travel when these kinds of things happen.

"As if you don't do it yourself, I'm surprised that you also didn't use teleportation" kei replied with a mocking smirk on his face

"I hate that you read everyone's mind"

"well not everyone" he answered and outrun me.

not everyone? then who can it be?

I felt a presence behind me and saw El and Jayce trying to outrun each other. That gave me an uneasy feeling. I summoned a powerful wind blast in Jayce's direction.

"TA-DA-SHI!!!" he yelled while being dragged by the winds.

I let El caught up with me

"What's up" I greeted and extended my arm for a high five

She just ignored me and ran straight forward

Ouch

I kept running in order to catch up with her. She just ignored me, with this face of my mine how can she ignore that?

I got back to reality because the wind suddenly warned me of a presence behind me. I looked behind me and saw a sonic blast coming towards me. I jumped mid-air and barely dodged it.

"Give me a warning next time would you?" I said to harmony who is trying to catch up with me

"Then what's the use of sneak attacks?" She answered

I ignore her and climbed the stairs, finally the last floor

I turned a corner and saw El who is 20 meters away from HM's office.

"Yow wait up!" I yelled

She looked behind and glared at me and just increased her speed. 

"Look out!" Harmony yelled at her

She looked in front and a mud wall suddenly appeared.

Oh no! with her speed she will not be able to stop in time!

"Jayce! wherever you are! Bring down that mud wall! El's gonna crash into it!" I yelled

No response....

It's no use! My magic won't work when it comes to earth magic. I need to think of something else

"Harmony use your sonic blast!" I looked at her and pleaded

Harmony's POV

Tadashi looked at me with pleading eyes, I never saw him begging for the sake of a girl

I was about to cast a sonic blast but then I heard a voice in my head

"No, let her crash into it, if she's gone then Tadashi can be yours"

I hesitated,  "Who are you?"

"An enemy, a friend, or a foe. It's your choice...........Harmony"

"Harmony cast it already!" Jake shouted, which returned me to reality

I closed my eyes I'm sorry El

" I can't, Too tired" I answered

I looked at El who must have closed her eyes as she was nearing the wall. 

It's your fault, you should have stayed away from Tadashi, please forgive me El.

"SCARLETT!!!!!"  Tadashi yelled

Seeing Tadashi's face made my chest ache, you really love her do you?

I mustered all my strength to stop myself from crying 

Fine, I clenched my fist and did what a real friend should do

Scarlett's POV

I looked in front of me and saw a mud wall suddenly appeared

With my current speed, I can't stop in time 

damn you Jayce!

Still, I tried stopping but it's no use, I closed my eyes and braced for impact, but then suddenly I felt a strong energy passed through me.          Smirks, thanks..................................Harmony
