A couple of weeks passed, and Jihyun was enjoying not having to rush off to tv interviews concert rehearsals. Plus, over the past couple of weeks, Jihyun made some more friends. One of them was Si's girlfriend, Shancai. The other students of Ming De still swarmed her but that was when she alone when she was with anyone else, she was left alone. It was mid-morning and Jihyun was walking down the hall by herself. Usually, there would be people swarming her but today it was very quiet. She found this suspicious, but she didn't complain as she liked the solitude. It wasn't until she saw a group of female students running towards the university entrance, that she knew something was going on.
Jihyun thought about following the girls to see what the fuss was about but she decided against it. She continued walking down the hall only to stop suddenly when she heard a familiar male voice call out her name. She stood in the middle of the hall, frozen in her tracks. In front of her, F4 had just walked out of their business class. Meizuo was the first to see Jihyun standing in the hall. Ximen and Lei both noticed the look of terror and anger on her face and Si saw a young man, with dyed blue hair and fierce hazel eyes, walking towards her. F4 made their way to Jihyun and got to her at the same time as the hazel-eyed young man. Jihyun looked at Lei, who nodded slightly. The look on Jihyun's face told all four guys who exactly was standing behind her.
Jihyun took a step forward and turned around, so she was standing with Ximen and Lei. The hazel-eyed, young man smiled "Aren't you going to say hi my little Ji-Ji?" his voice was seductive, but you could also hear the resentment. Jihyun glared at the young man "I am not your little Ji-Ji, Alex" her voice was a bit shaky "Why are you here?" F4 noticed that Jihyun was becoming anxious, and so they all got closer to her in a protective way. Alex noticed this and smirked, which caused the surrounding crowd of females to squeal. Si glared slightly "Don't you guys have class?" the crowd backed away and slowly dispersed. They didn't completely disappear, but they didn't get too close either. Alex didn't like the fact that Jihyun had friends now "That wasn't very nice of you. What kind of people are you hanging out with? Aren't you the Good Girl of Asia?" he asked sarcastically. Jihyun was about to step forward, but Ximen held her hand tightly. The green-eyed young woman looked at him, her anger and fear had subsided. Alex, of course, didn't like this "Let go of my girl" he went to take a step towards Jihyun, so he could grab her arm, but Ximen pulled Jihyun behind him "Keep your hands off my girlfriend" Ximen's voice was loud enough for everyone in the hall to hear. This cause numerous gasps to echo throughout the hall.
Every student that was in the hall stared at the group of six. Ximen held Jihyun's hand tightly. Lei, Si, and Meizuo stood close to the two of them and Alex stood across, his hand slightly reached out towards Jihyun. Si moved forward and blocked Alex's path towards the female idol "I think you should leave Mr Chu" the four guys all took a step back, taking Jihyun with them. Si was being polite and anyone who knew him knew that when he was being polite, it meant he was going to throw a punch or two. Jihyun let go of Ximen's hand and stood between Si and Alex "now there is no fighting on school grounds" she was trying to put out the fire that was already ablaze. Lei took hold of Si's arm and the five of them turned to walk away. This upset Alex "I guess you don't care about what I say regarding how we ended" the male idol smirked. What he didn't know was that Jihyun wasn't the same girl she had been when she dated him and hearing him threaten her with rumours pissed her off.
The green-eyed star turned to face her ex. Her eyes were ablaze with anger. Lei saw the look on her face and nudged Ximen to let her go, which he did. Jihyun walked right up to Alex, who was still smirking and slapped him across his face, hard. Si laughed and the other three members of F4 looked shocked, including Lei. He had never seen Jihyun actually strike someone before. It didn't stop him from smiling slightly though. Alex, however, was not too pleased about being slapped and he lost his temper "You bitch!" he growled "How dare you leave a mark on my face!" he went to slap Jihyun but the look on the female idol's face made him stop. Alex had never seen Jihyun angry before. No one, besides Lei, knew that Jihyun actually had a temper and wasn't the "Good girl of Asia" that everyone thought her to be. Jihyun flexed her hand a bit "it's been a while since I actually hit someone, but you deserved it" she glared at Alex "threatening to spread rumours about how a relationship ended is low, even for you. If I or anyone associated with F4 hears false information about how you and I ended, I'll tell everyone about your little collections" she grinned sweetly. Alex looked a bit terrified and Jihyun walked away from him. She stood in front of F4 now, her true colours having just been revealed. She cursed under her breath and walked to her class, hoping that the day would end fast.
